That looks like the car with a little old lady that almost nailed me on my motorcycle yesterday. Hope she ends up ok. I know when I'm old, I'll still want to be independent, but sometimes these older drivers are downright frightening.

BAD DRIVERS are BAD DRIVERS...
Bad driving is not limited to any age group. Older drivers have more experience and tend to be more cautious and careful, but unfortunately sometimes their reaction time and coordination diminishes with their age.
Young drivers can also be careful and cautious, but some before they gain the necessary experience, become over confident feeling invincible that their coordination and reflexes will get them out of any situation.
Adults with years of experience can become lackadaisical and easily distracted and make decisions for which their skill and reactions cannot compensate.

A student at a local middle-school spit a lougie over a bench that missed the intended trashcan by mere inches. The union employed custodian is assessing the damage and will file a full report next week. The student, a female, was coaxed by her male lunchmates and vows more accuracy in future launchings. She claims wind resistance hindered the hitting of the trashcan.

I believe most of the bad drivers in the Oroville are the drivers who move up here from the big cities like Las Angeles and the Bay area. They move up here to this area and bring their bad driving habits with them. They are always in a big hurry to go now where. They are always in a big rush, and usually they are rude and pushy, and very selfish drivers.
