Hey, I personally was helped by Mr. Bjork and am a very good friend of his daughter Steina. So try and be kind, he was a wonderful human being who deserved this write up and many more.

It's crazy when you know someone and you don't really know them. He didn't brag . I had no idea he was such a civil rights leader in butte county. All the good he has done for people. We need more people like him. Especially now that the Maidu tribe is being raped by it's government again. The family should be proud, and tell everyone he was related to you and what he did.

I had the pleasure of knowing Dick Bjork for the last 6 years. I just found out today 12/09/2010 that he has passed away. Dick was always helping someone. A great loss to humanity.
