I do not want to say bad things about the post office in Oroville. I have a few friends that work for them. They are some of the best people you would ever want to meet. I do want to say that I have heard from more than one person. That service at the post office is not very fast, and a lot of the time mail is missing or never gets to where it should have. I know people that have called the Post Master General of the U.S. to complain about our post office. I know that the lady that complained is still waiting for a Christmas basket. Just wanted to say. For what it is worth.

Congratulations to Randy Barrett. Who knows, maybe we will start to see a more customer friendly post office in Oroville.

Did you have to make an appointment for your passport by telephone call, as the clerk behind the counter refused to help me.

My mail is miss del. and I get other peoples mail all the time. PO is the craps. The service has gone down hill without any hope of it getting any better.

Well Randy has been in this role for some time and the level of service at the Oroville Post Office is beyond substandard. The Asian lady with big 1980's hair is rude, most of the people I've encountered are lazy, incompetent and lack the skills necessary to perform their duties. Last, delivery service for my particular routs is hit and miss at best, driver rarely picks up outgoing mail, fails to alert us when we have packages, or doesn't wait for us to get outside before driving off without leaving package or mail. Often times will fail to deliver because they say the mailbox is blocked which is a complete fabrication of reality
