Officials blame alcohol impairment for head-on collision on Highway 70
Authorities said Tuesday that an alcohol-impaired driver from Oroville was responsible for a recent head-on collision on Highway 70 in the Feather River Canyon that caused numerous injuries to both drivers.

Another "alcohol" related?
No pot, even with law enforcements campaign against pot going so strong?
My opinion is pot would have been safer.
