I'm glad to hear that something is in the works for the homeless who are mentally ill. They face challenges I wouldn't wish on anyone. I hope that BCCAA is able to secure funding.

Their goal of reducing homelessness in Butte Co. would be accomplished faster if they directed more of the grant funds toward the homeless and less toward their major executive compensation programs in my opinion.

Give me a break ... it's obvious you never had to keep a roof over you families head on the cheap unemployment benefits California gives you
