I have been in Los Angeles for a week, Holiday Inn has watered there VERY GREEN LAWN's twice, Cal Trans is watering there green grass along highways, and 80% of city streets have lush green lawns down center dividers and they are watering them also. The reason I'm angry at there watering is its been raining 2/3/14. Our Northern Ca. lakes are near empty, Los Angeles lakes are full to the tree line with our Northern Ca. water. How can this be? Will our Berry Creek well's go dry? Will Los Angeles get our last drop of water? Anybody got the answers..
