Why are you worried about guns for, when Doctors and Hospitals are killing over 200,000 people in the US every year. You are more likely to die from a Doctor or Hospitals negligence then a criminal with a gun.
Our government can not stop drugs or illegal aliens from crossing the boarder How the hell do you think they are going to stop gun violence? Your utopia does not exist and never will. Stop trying to force people to live a life that will just make us all salves to a government that will not recognize personal freedoms.
Was it YOU who also said we could never put a man on the moon? Sound familiar navy boy..

To ban guns, because criminals use them, is to tell the innocent and law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless, and that the law will permit them to have only such rights and liberties as the lawless will allow... For society does not control crime, ever, by forcing the law-abiding to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of criminals. Society controls crime by forcing the criminals to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of the law-abiding.

What I like about good concealed carry training is that part where the instructor tells the class about why it is not a good idea to carry a concealed weapon.

No matter how much training or experience a person has with a gun, accidents still happen. Guns are stolen. Guns also may fall into the hands an inexperienced person, which in turn causes accidental shootings. In the heat of the moment, even the most skilled marksman may still panic and accidentally discharge their weapon or aim it incorrectly, possibly killing someone unintentionally. This is especially true in crowded public places, where many concealed permit owners may have their guns.

Then there are the legal ramifications when you shoot somebody "legally". You can end up getting a law suit and being charged with assault and battery, aggravated assault, and child abuse if the target was under 18. You can end up having to pay for a lawyer, paying the medical bills and be put on probation for a couple of years.
and then again
