REAR ENDED?? Please..........more like bulldozed into at full speed. Why are there NO details about just WHO was driving that white truck?? And WHY are there NO details about the drugs and or alcohol that helped impair that driver?? My educated guess is that it isn't politically correct to say ANYTHING at all about just who was driving that white truck.....shhhhhhhhh! Go about your business....nothing to see or know here.......

Rumor has it the truck driver was TEXTING. If true, I want to see manslaughter charges.

The driver on the truck was not drinking, or on the cell phone. They were going home from work. He didn't even have his cell phone with him. He rear ended him and move to the left not to hit him after he felled at the impact. A second car that was behind the white truck hit John when he was on the ground. How come nothing was reported about that? The passenger on the white truck is being accused by a witness, because he tried to run because he got nerveous. God bless Mr. kostelny and our prayer are with his family.
