Sometimes you have to make a deal with the devil in order to bring the angels home....thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of Leisa Hurst...your angel has come home....

This is so typical of the hi desert, toothless meth heads and inbreads that occupy it. Arnold your nazi pig governor is already short a billion dollars in his new budget that has backfired. Lets all go up to thigh desert and suck down sum speed in the bunkers.

Don't we all wish!

Too many liberals always fighting policies to make the police weaker. So sad what people can do and get away with because of liberal superior courts. If someone is guilty, they should be guilty. Instead they throw out evidence because of the way it was collected... all for what? 90% of the population is law abiding. Once the 10% is discovered they should lose their rights.

They should have asked the family what was more important...give this man a deal or give him the life (I would terminate this dude with the death penalty..but I don't want to russle up any liberal hearted peoples feathers)......I know it's great to have the remains back with her family...but the murder of a mother of two and to a daughter of a couple...15 years just isn't long enough....

He may be "eligible" for parole in 15 years, but I'll bet my next paycheck that he dies in prison at a very old age. stats show that those given indeterminant life sentences have yet to be paroled, whether its 15-life, 25-life or whatever these people have been doing life. When the parole board reads the circumstances of this deal, this guy will never be granted parole.

They'll put this guy in Atascadero, probably, and the state will spend a fortune keeping his worthless rear end alive.

It's really sad to think that this man is someone's son ... he really must've cried out for help, before doing this disgusting crime. The poor woman ... more so, her poor children. Why didn't anyone help this insane man before he commited this act? What else has he done that we don't know of...?
