I have had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with Wilson's now. I took my vehicle in a bit back to have a part put on, quite simple. They installed it wrong and luckily my fiance caught the error and fixed it. We let them know and they didn't offer anything to fix their error. We decided to give them a second chance recently, BIG mistake! They screwed up yet again and made a number of stupid errors. We took it back for them to fix the mistakes and they had the nerve to charge us for labor a second time! I understand that they're running a business but why charge labor twice when it shouldn't have had to go back again but your mechanic screwed up?! The owner talked to me like I was an idiot and I finally told him that he won't be working on my vehicle EVER again. This place is horrible, I try to support local business but with this place I say don't do it. Horrible customer service, bad work, overpriced, and just a shady business. If you take your vehicle there...good luck I guess!

Trying to save the customer money and time, we repaired it to factory mounts and ONLY charged the time we had in it. 2nd visit, we had to modify it bacause of the lift and ONLY charged the time we had in it. If we had done the modifications to repair the rusted mounts the first time it would have cost MORE than the combination of the 2 repairs. The vehicle came in with rusted and broken off bolts and we were told I need my vehicle as soon as possible. We did what we could to get them back on the road as fast and inexpensively as we could. With lifted vehicles with NON OEM parts on them, it's sometimes difficult to determine how they will react on the road since we only have a limited amount of time to test drive them after the repairs.

went and got some prices. checked them out and they were at least 25% higher than other shops. used parts for the price of new. wow... one part was 100% higher than other dealers. never again will that happen.
