USMail to Port Orange Rerouted thru Mid-Florida/Seminole County?

Yo Daytona peeps, got a question:

USPS site says mail to zip 321 (as in Port Orange 32127, 32129, etc.) does not go to Bill France PO since 2011, but is now rerouted over to Mid-Florida 32799 which is in Seminole County.

So how much delay would that cause in 1st Class (now 46-cents) mail delivery?

In the "old days" a letter could get from N.FL (Jax area) to Daytona area in 1 day. But with rerouting of Port Orange Zip's mail thru Seminole first, do you think it now would take 2 days or 3 days, or more?

If anybody knows, thanks!
