Dineen will use anybody in Tallahassee to fight this. Gov. Scott is allowing this to happen by giving Cusack & Persis an oppertunity to keep there possitions and stepping in after the fact. The fact is Dineen is arguing that if Carl Persis does not collect money with expense to the 'TAX" payers then it will set a presidence that will effect everyone that has been double dipping. Dineen is protecting himself with the Florida Sunshine law. It has been argued [by Roland-don't run again-Via] that if someone wants to take a part time job it is there right to do so __NOT at the expense of the TAX PAYERS! Working for nothing to benefit the community? Who the hell is going to believe Persis isn't double dipping -C"mon!
