And everyone wonders why chitwood asking for all that money now. Wow. And this isn't the only incident with them being sued either. They should get over their power trips and actually fight the war on crime not the war on people.

Well they've done a good job of costing tax payers a quarter-mill. Just what we need in these hard times.
But now the question is what will they do to these very unprofessional cops? Prob nothing.

There was a witness that either didn't testify, or gave false testimony. A commission that approved the lawsuit, the story of a woman who was ok, after being thrown out of a truck, an impression that she was ok with the idea of being throw out of a truck, a suspect that committed a crime, and claimed he was victim, that's grounds to believe it's a whacked out story just in itself. A legal system with corrupt judges that loose search warrants, [to be more specific-Judge Will] Any lawyer that crawls out of the woodwork, in a town known for corruption according to a paper that can't tell the right story because they- Pat Rice] get paid off. You wanna narrow this down to Chitwwood. You're an idiot

The city commission issues with police department, have strong signs of mistrust on either side. DBPD doesn't trust the commission and vis-versa. Chief Chitwood was given a hard time with Truddie Kibbe Reed, former pres. BCU who retired on tax payers money, after being the guest of honor, at the Yacht club courtesy of Josh Wagner. Reeds alligations were direct in claiming racial prejudice after a B.C.U. fight broke out. Joyce Cusack claimed it was prejudice on Chitwwods part, because he disagreed with allowing motel owner Pravin Pm. Petel to sit on the Haa board. Chitwoods knew that petal, allowed drug activity on his property. More recently a slum lord wants Chitwood to issue a public appology [he refuses] because the slum lord also allows the same acctivity. This builds a case with idea that, if anyone commits a crime in D.B. and puts down the police department- they could be waiting for the police to show up- that's an educated guess.
