Driver in fatal crash may soon be free on bail

I do not think He should be able to get out on bail. He was wrong and took some ones life. I saw this crash happen, I was close enough that parts of his car were stuck underneath mine. He took some ones life and injured 4 others, he should remain in jail and not be eligible for bail. He is completely at fault for this and it is not the first time he has driven drunk and no license so what makes you think he will not do it again. this is so wrong if they let him out.
