Lee was benched for failing to investigate the case properly, George, whose record was not squeaky clean was excused from arrest even though the SPD had no idea yet exactly who the the deceased was. Additionally, the SPD under Lee made every attempt to stonewall Tracy Martin creating the original need for Ben Crump.
