You've already written the script for a sequel?

It would have been good to include that Unregistered Ohio gun group who was collecting public donations to buy George a gun. Any idea why O'Mara's law group absconded with the proceeds instead?

As we point out to you EVERY TIME YOU REPEAT IT:
a) homicides have increased over the last decade
b) the country is getting older
c) police work is getting better
d) more criminals are in jail and staying there longer
e) has absolutely nothing to do with gun ownership; knowing a home has a firearm or firearms ATTRACT criminals because the typical gun owner is a dumbazz who doesn't bother to lock them up.
On an average day in the U.S., guns are used to kill more than 80 people, injure almost 300 more, and commit approximately 3,000 crimes. Since John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963, more Americans have been shot and killed on our own soil than in all the 20th-century wars combined.

What’s not well-known is that the vast majority of the approximately 12,000 annual gun murders and 66,000 non-fatal shootings are committed by people who have no legal right to a gun. How do criminals and other prohibited people get guns so easily? Through a highly efficient, organized, and profitable business of gun trafficking that moves guns from legal manufacture to dealers to criminals and young people who can’t buy guns legally.

Virtually every gun starts out as a legally manufactured product, but the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) points to three common ways guns move from legal distribution channels to the criminal market:

Corrupt federally licensed gun dealers: Federally licensed gun dealers send more guns to the criminal market than any other single source. Nearly 60% of the guns used in crime are traced back to a small number—just 1.2%—of crooked gun dealers. Corrupt dealers frequently have high numbers of missing guns, in many cases because they’re selling guns “off the books” to private sellers and criminals. In 2005, the ATF examined 3,083 gun dealers and found 12,274 “missing” firearms.

Straw purchasing: Straw purchasing is the most common way criminals get guns, accounting for almost 50% of trafficking investigations. A straw purchaser is someone with a clean record who buys guns on behalf of someone legally prohibited from possessing guns. Straw purchasers are often the friends, relatives, spouses or girlfriends of prohibited purchasers. The two Columbine High School shooters recruited friends to buy guns for them at Colorado gun shows. One of the buyers admitted she would not have bought the guns if she had been required to submit to a background check.

Gun Shows and private gun sales: Gun shows have been called “Tupperware parties for criminals” because they attract large numbers of prohibited buyers. A loophole in federal law allows unlicensed or “private” sellers, many of whom work out of gun shows, to lawfully sell or transfer guns without conducting a criminal background check. Gun show dealers have been known to advertise to criminals with signs that read “no background checks required here.”

It goes without saying illegal gun ownership and organized crime are tightly interconnected.

The Ohio gun group gave him a check (they say) for $12K but the pedophile can (and will) spend it as he pleases; I have no doubt his lawyers have an agreement on how he spends his "assets", i.e., they get a slice of everything he gets.

That is false. GZ is "in hiding", nobody gave him a check.

No assessment. Just a fact. I write these things because it is happening. Obama drones dropping chemicals on the ghettos will be a start. It is the best way. and frankly, watching the criminal element attacking people i knew ove rth eyears and I am not the only one, evens the score. then the real vengeance starts. It would be interesting to see statistics relating to the SYG law applied "to prevent the commission of a forcible felony" as it was originally intended, as opposed to the much broader context "to prevent death or great bodily harm" -- if looks could kill.
Apparently the SYG law was originally passed to reduce "forcible entries", assumably it would be a deterrent to criminals knowing property owners might be armed and had the right to shoot.
Only eight years later and the original intent has been forgotten and it's taken on a whole different purpose - then very obviously it's a bad law.
Himself or herself or another. Another could be anyone at all, some lady outside a bar getting smacked around by her husband, the possibilities are endless as we've already seen.

Florida's wide open, nebulous version of SYG needs to be tightened up dramatically so that it can actually be understood by those who carry legally and police who are eager to believe the shooters version of events and skimp on the investigation.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- An Ohio firearms group has raised more than $12,000 to be spent on guns or a security system for George Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer who was acquitted in the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida. But the money could end up being used to pay for Zimmerman's defense costs and fees.

<snip>

The Buckeye Firearms Foundation's check is meant to be spent on guns, ammunition, protective gear or a security system, said Ken Hanson, the group's legal chairman.

"The Department of Justice refused to return him his gun, and he's in need of protection," Hanson said. "The money is intended to be used for anything he needs to defend himself or his family. He has complete discretion on how to use the money."

The cashier's check was sent through certified mail and was scheduled to be delivered Friday.

Zimmerman's spokesman, Shawn Vincent, said before his acquittal all donations he received were deposited into a fund dedicated to pay for his legal defense costs and fees and managed by an independent administrator. He said the Ohio foundation's check could be allocated similarly.

Vincent would not say what the donations to the fund have amounted to. But he said they have exceeded the $120,000 that Zimmerman's attorneys had said was needed to put on a good defense before the trial started in May. The fund had raised almost $315,000 in January.

<snip>

The Ohio foundation's fundraiser, which began last week, ended Tuesday. Hanson said donations were sent from 48 states and three other countries.

Vincent said Zimmerman has been offered free guns but such donations haven't been accepted.

Perhaps the truth of the matter is this "cashiers cheque" has been turned over to authorities because nowhere does "Buckeye Firearms Foundation" appear to be an appropriately registered non-profit group. Who knows, it could be anything including a false front for illegal arms trade.

zimmerman- pedophile with an arrest record- killed an unarmed boy who went to the store to get some candy and a can of tea during the half time of a basketball game.

The boy died because the pedophile decided the boy looked like a criminal and he was going to show the local PD what a hero he was and try to detain him.

We all know how this pedophile likes the spot light... even jumping in the car to he can pretend to be a hero at a traffic accident.
