You are exactly right. We were supposed to go North towards Lake Erie. We were in the heart of the ghetto and quickly got turned around and out of there. We didn't have to do any shopping. We were there to go to a family reunion on Bratenahl Rd. We were also in Chagrin Falls and Gates Mills.<quoted text>
You're talking about the Eddy Road exit off of I-90. It takes a lot of money to live there. You must have went south on Eddy road instead of North towards Lake Erie. South puts you right in the heart of the ghetto and you're lucky you didn't get shot.
If I won the lottery tomorrow, the last place I would consider is Bratenhal. Sure, it's nice there, but you have to take a good hike to go shopping. You're surrounded by the ghetto in every direction.
I live south of there in a suburb called Maple Heights. It used to be a great suburb 25 years ago. Then we were invaded and the suburb went to hell.
Ohio is quiet beautiful.
I didn't mean to suggest that all of Cleveland is a ghetto. We were in the area of the Rock & Roll Hall of
Fame when a white guy in a polo tried to beg for money from us.
I just got told that Solon is not pronounced Salon. lol
