I didn't know you were queer. It matters not. Your prejudice against others in light of the prejudice you must suffer is even more puzzling.
You flatter yourself if you think he is stalking you. I haven't seen him stalking any other queers either. Isn't the PC word gay?
I see we've lowered ourselves to defending trolls. Good to know they're on your side.

And yes, he does stalk me. I've asked him repeatedly to ignore and not respond to my posts, yet he's so obsessed with me he can't help himself.

We would have that proof if the SPD had done their jobs properly.
The tox of an aggressive shooter is relevant. The tox of a boy walking home, minding his own business doesn't. Zimmerman knew nothing about Trayvon except his color and approximate age.
Zimmerman knew nothing about Trayvon. Trayvon's pictures have nothing to do with him being murdered.
The defense well knows none of that crap is admissible, by law. All O'Mara is trying to do is influence the jury pool.
His excuses were pathetic. All of his "what if"s that were designed to put out the irrelevant information to make sure the jury pool is influenced. Poor taste. Poor lawyering.
Seems to me that Zim's defense knows quite well the judge is against them in this case, so yes, they made the evidence public so hopefully a potential juror will see it.

And no, the police don't do toxicology tests on everybody they arrest (or take in for questioning) unless they have reason to believe such person was intoxicated.

Where is the evidence? The multiple injuries Zimmerman sustained and not a scratch on Martin. That's my evidence.
But that doesn't work, if TM was beating the crap out of GZ, there should have been marks on TM as well. Also GZ DNA should have been all over TM but it wasn't.

Washington Times? How did you find that?

What occurs after an on duty police officer shoots and kills someone? In Florida.

The same thing that happens when an officer anywhere shoots a suspect. They go on paid leave.

That's a good question. I guess it's one of the reasons attorneys try to move high-profile cases out of the area.

Judges are politicians too. Like our other politicians, they pander to the polling:

April 23, 2012

Florida voters agree with decision to charge Zimmerman

"Raleigh, N.C.Ė A plurality of Florida voters agree with the decision to charge George Zimmerman with second-degree murder in the Trayvon Martin shooting, a new poll from Public Policy Polling finds. 49% of voters agree with the decision to charge Zimmerman, 25% disagree and 26% areít sure. Voters arenít sure whether he is guilty, though Ė 31% believe heís guilty, 26% think heís not guilty and 43% arenít sure. Most voters donít believe the shooting was motivated by racism Ė 45% say it wasnít, 32% say it was and 23% arenít sure. 46% of voters say Zimmerman can receive a fair trial, 37% believe he will not and 17% arenít sure. Despite the controversy over the shooting, more Florida voters than not still support the ďStand Your GroundĒ law that allows citizens to use lethal force in the face of a perceived violent threat without having to retreat first. 42% support the law, 32% oppose it and 26% arenít sure."

Well....... the only two injuries on Martin was of course the bullet wound, and a scraped knuckle consistent with hitting somebody or something. But no injuries indicating he'd been attacked or even struck by anybody.

I don't see how Zimmerman's DNA would have been all over Martin when the only contact between the two was Martins fist and Zimmerman's face.

They found a Trayvon-Zimmerman DNA mixture in a blood stain on Zimmerman's red-orange jacket.

Zimmerman's DNA was found in a stain on Trayvon's shirt. Scientists found on that same piece of clothing a Zimmerman-Trayvon mix of DNA.

The DNA evidence confirmed that Zimmerman and Trayvon had been in very close contact with each other.

Apparently Spazz thinks the altercation when ThugTray attacked Mr. Zimmerman happened while they were both naked. Spazz probably hasn't seen many black men with their clothes on. Her interest lies in what is under their clothes.

Was Mr. Zimmerman an on duty police officer? No, I don't think he was. He was merely a concerned citizen trying to protect his neighborhood from burglaries committed by ghetto rats. Well little ThugTray won't be stealing any more jewelry, will he? The incubator probably sold his gold grill before he was in the ground, too. Gotta make all the pennies she can off the dead thugboy. No matter what happens to Mr. Zimmerman in the trial, I hope he realizes that he did a community service by taking out the TrayTrash.

I can't see why Nelson bothers with hearings, she sits and reads a pre-written ruling. She ignores everything being said.
O'Mara told her again he never said he definitely would be ready for trial June 10th.How would he know that early until all discovery is in? Problem is, if the trial is continued the more $$$ will be needed but if it's not continued George is denied his due process...kind of a catch-22.

I was hoping the defense could pay for a jury selection specialist. It's Nelson's job to decide what questions are on the jury questionaire and it's held from the def/pros until trial day, no discussion and she goes through the questions they suggest and makes the decision.
Well I am curious if Francis Oliver, Natalie Jackson's mom, has sent in her jury list yet?(sarc.) On her FB she goes into detail telling "her people" what to do and say not to get thrown off if they get a summons.

I wish they can move the damn thing to another state. Since these judges are in it for a popularity contest, It's almost impossible for Zim to get a fair trial. Many outside of Florida don't think much about it anymore, but I'm sure it's on the minds of people in Florida.

Don't get me wrong. I would say the same if there was such favoritism going in Zim's direction too. Judges are not supposed to be biased or already have the guilty or not-gulity verdict made up in their minds already.

I'm not sure, but I think what Ruff was getting at is the state drug tests officers, but again, I'm not sure.

I do know that the police unions don't allow drug testing of police officers in many areas. Hell, the unions don't allow drug testing for teachers either. I researched the subject when discussing this in another forum. We truck drivers get tested all the time and that's how it came up.

Claiming three different judges are all prejudiced sounds a bit like paranoia, or failure to accept reality. Or both.

Judge wants four alternate jurors for George Zimmerman trial

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/os-george-zimm...

The judge asked Morse to summon 500 potential jurors for the trial. Those jury service notices went into the mail May 1.

All 500 people will not show up the first day of jury selection, Morse said. On Day 1 it will be 100 to 200 people, she said, and each day after that about 100 new prospective jurors.

"The objective of the court is basically to spread them out over the five-day cycle," Morse said.

Potential jurors will be required to fill out a questionnaire then will be questioned individually, outside the earshot of other potential jurors.

They'll be asked about their jobs, family, experience with police and the court system and what they've heard about the case.

Morse said she hopes jury selection can be completed during the first week. Defense attorney Mark O'Mara earlier predicted it would take two to three weeks
