No, because there is no evidence whatsoever that Martin was aware Zim had a gun until during the attack when the gun was exposed. Secondly, the state will not ask about his distance from his truck because he had every right to be as far away from his truck as he wanted. He lived there. He paid taxes there. He was part of the community there. He was not restricted by the development nor the police from roaming around wherever he wanted. Also, the state will not ask "what would you do if you were being stalked" because there is no evidence that Zim was stalking Martin. It's all made up in your head.
