It's easy to see the real liars in this case.
Watch how Crump avoids Vinnie's question about changing or editing the DD recording.
When he says "Remember I want to be clear about this", watch out.
DD asks BDLR in his interview with her she says"do you want me to say that too?" He just leads her along giving her the answers in a question.
Amen.....Sound's like Richard Nixon.....

Judge Alva ruled today that Angela Corey's office has the authority to prosecute Shellie Zimmerman for felony perjury.

Perjury charges are rare in Florida and convictions even more rare, Shellie's lies were not only outrageous but every word was captured on LE audio equipment. Also, Shellie got snotty with De La Rionda when he inquired about her and George's landlord-tenant arrangement.

What's next is anyone's guess at this point but it seems certain that Shellie would be convicted if the case reaches trial.

It's nice to see that George's fan club members are meeting their goal$.

Shellie Zimmerman's attorney speaks out about perjury case

Prosecutors in 16 other Florida counties have not filed a perjury case in more than five years, the data show.

"It is a very, very difficult case for prosecutors to prove," said Luis Calderon, an Orlando criminal-defense attorney and president of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers

If convicted, Shellie Zimmerman faces a possible maximum sentence of five years in prison. It is unlikely she would get so harsh a sentence, said WFTV-Channel 9 legal analyst Bill Sheaffer, because she has no criminal record and because the lie she's accused of telling did not result in the acquittal of a criminal or the conviction of an innocent person.

Wonderful. A victimless crime where nobody was hurt and nobody lost anything. Throw her in jail for five years where it will cost the taxpayers around $200,000.

The pedophile Zimmerman is the only person involved here with a criminal record and if you were concerned about taxpayer supporting worthless criminals, you would put the barrel in your mouth and pull trigger- putting aside it's a little later for your family, as it would be shutting the door after the whore has already gotten out of the barn.

Florida's jails and prisons are full of those convicted of victimless crimes dummy. She's on trial for felony perjury because George's brilliant attorney O'Mara screwed up.

They were 100% responsible for Trayvon's actions. If he wasn't shot he would be facing criminal felony assault or murder. Just another 17 year old black teen locked away. Do you think Special Prosecutor AC would have been brought in....funny huh?

Where was Trayvon living.....he was living at the time all this took place with his Aunt Miriam, Stephen's mother. Why? Why was he left unsupervised roaming around in the Twin Lakes Neighborhood in a town where he didn't live? When did Tracy really see Trayvon last? Do you think if Crump gets deposed he will expose some poor parenting skills of his clients?

Your 17 year old "child" is unaccounted for ,at night, so you as a parent just turn off your phone and go to sleep? That just is unbelievable to me.

I was reading an article that said (due to Trayvon) instead of home suspensions , which has been causing problems because students were getting into trouble being unsupervised, they were going to change some policies in the Miami/Dade School districts.

Even though it was some time ago, our schools had in-school suspensions. You didn't go home and party out in front of the TV set. You sat in one room, had to be studying a book that you used in one of your classrooms, and it was torture instead of rewarding. You didn't switch classes, you didn't eat lunch with your friends, you didn't have time to sneak out for a cigarette unless you did so during a bathroom break.

The pedophile zimmerman spent the first $30K he got from his celebrity to pay off the debts he had been running up before he shot the unarmed teenager.

Looks like he's out of money again.

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH!

I guess he'll have to go out on patrol again.

Gee, Wally, tell us about the good old days again, when whites had their own schools and the right to vote.

The rapist blames the victim.

What a shame it is some puissant coward pedophile like zimmerman doesn't visit your family, Pinocchio.

Be then again... maybe he already has.

So that a diverse culture has much less civility because it is diverse. And there is no way "the good old days" can be achieved with it. We are becoming animals. And no body can be out animaled like a fascist government when it is at its worse. You'll see. One good thing about police states, crime drops massively. Man did we screw up our nation.

Crump couldn't get there fast enough to seal Trayvon's school records. There have been so many lies.

Trayvon Martin was expelled, not on suspension, expelled. Trayvon was a trouble maker, he baited George, hid, stalked and hunted him, waiting for George to get off the phone.

George was arrested and charged because Team Crump created and sold a lie that brought people to the verge of riots.

http://www.standard.net/stories/2012/03/21/ho...

"Earlier in the day at Krop High, the school formally recognized the death of Trayvon with an announcement over the loudspeakers.
“They just said that we lost a family member,” said Ashley Kristive, a junior at Krop and friend of Trayvon from middle school.
The principal, Dawn Baglos, asked everyone to take a moment of silence to honor Trayvon.
The school announcement came more than three weeks after Trayvon was killed in Sanford and after his death has became a national cause.

Kristive said the gesture was a “good thing” but maybe too late. Trayvon was expelled from the school at the time of his death.

The school had asked Krop teachers not to speak to media, apparently out of respect for his family.
“I heard we were not supposed to talk about it,” said Montovani Girard-Jean, who was in English class with Trayvon.“People deserve to know what happened to him. It was messed up.”
But students on campus and on social media this week talked about holding a memorial in his honor.”

Even though you and i rarely agree...i do agree on these points....plus, that for many reasons, many black children just aren't taught life lessons and skills by their elders.....

I know you will disagree with me....but, notice that the 1960-70's, when USA educations started to lose ground, versus other countries in global standards and rankings....also coincides with the exact timeframe of the forced busing and integration of our school systems?.........

It's the whole break down of family. Most of these children don't even have a father image in their lives or maybe one when it's convenient for the baby daddy.. Most of them are too busy trying to get out of paying child support for all of them.(I'm not saying Tracy did) It's become the norm. screw-em and leave-em. Children learn what they live, look at Tracy 5 kids from 5 different women and look at the step kids too.

Trayvon had a half-assed life....half of a mom, half of a dad, half brothers, half sisters, half cousins and on down the line. He was passed around and for that reason I feel sorry for him. Trayvon probably did have desires to be a pilot when he was that little boy in the Hollister shirt but along the way things changed and his school records will give an idea of when that change happened.

What kind of parent hires an attorney like Crump 2 days after their son is killed...not even buried yet. What kind of a parent has civil suits on their mind and seeing dollar signs before they can even grieve they start hitting the air ways. As soon as Crump slithered into the scene Tracy stopped cooperating, changed from saying no the screams were not Trayvons to yes they were. Not letting SPD do their job by giving them the access to the phone.

Crump has put too much into this case and he's determined to go after George's future assets.
