*2008 - JESSE GRUND TO LAW ENFORCEMENT:
"I think if something happened to Caylee, her one toe that she's had in reality for the last couple years, her one foot would be gone and she would be completely in her own separate world. I think uh, that's because Casey directly has some issues that mentally she's never gotten taken care of.

i wonder if the jury would have convicted casey had the psychiatrists testified that casey wasn't mentally ill when she told the lies?

well that isn't what jesse grund said!
if you listen to jesse grund's law enforcement interviews, casey anthony is a batshit crazy loon who never got her mental issues taken care of.
jesse grund told joy behar that hindsight being 20/20, he probably should have "instructed" casey to get professional help for her mental problems.
i would hate to think that professional psychiatrists would purposely cover up a mental illness, and conspire with the state of florida, in an to attempt to take someone's life thru lethal injection.
who is lying here?
jesse grund?
or the professional doctors who evaluated casey anthony?

casey was date raped at a party when she was a mere 18 yrs old.

that unfortunate incident resulted in the pregnancy and birth of caylee anthony.

casey could have given caylee up for adoption or aborted her - but without blinking an eye, casey decided to bring caylee into the world and give her unconditional love.

she didn't have riches.....she didn't have things.....and she didn't have self-sustaining independence.

but she did have pure love and goodness in her heart for her daughter caylee.

it was taken from her.

casey's life was taken from her not once, but twice.

almost three times if the state of florida would have been successful.

i hope joy w. didn't get pregnant under the same circumstances that casey did.

Joy Wray is doing very well and she has a new movie out called the American Disaster. She has said she does want to come out and tell her side of the story.
Her and Casey Anthony should do some sort of interview
with Dr Phil That would be awesome to me. I hope to meet Joy's Friend Casey someday in this lifetime.

Being a sociopath is NOT a 'mental illness'.
They know right from wrong, they just don't care.
Here you go: See if the shoe fits...
Not a mental illness? OK, yeah, right...

Antisocial Personality Disorder is also known as psychopathy or
sociopathy. Individuals with this disorder have little regard for the
feeling and welfare of others. As a clinical diagnosis it is usually
limited to those over age 18. It can be diagnosed in younger people
if the they commit isolated antisocial acts and do not show signs of
another mental disorder.

Antisocial Personality Disorder is chronic, beginning in adolescence
and continuing throughout adulthood. There are ten general
symptoms:

not learning from experience
no sense of responsibility
inability to form meaningful relationships
inability to control impulses
lack of moral sense
chronically antisocial behavior
no change in behavior after punishment
emotional immaturity
lack of guilt
self-centeredness

People with this disorder may exhibit criminal behavior. They may
not work. If they do work, they are frequently absent or may quit
suddenly. They do not consider other people's wishes, welfare or
rights. They can be manipulative and may lie to gain personal
pleasure or profit. They may default on loans, fail to provide child
support, or fail to care for their dependents adequately. High risk
sexual behavior and substance abuse are common. Impulsiveness,
failure to plan ahead, aggressiveness, irritability, irresponsibility,
and a reckless disregard for their own safety and the safety of
others are traits of the antisocial personality.

Socioeconomic status, gender, and genetic factors play a role.
Males are more likely to be antisocial than females. Those from
lower socioeconomic groups are more susceptible. A family history
of the disorder puts one at higher risk.

There are many theories about the cause of Antisocial Personality
Disorder including experiencing neglectful parenting as a child, low
levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, and belief that
antisocial behavior is justified because of difficult circumstances.
Psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy are common
treatments. The effects of medical treatment are inconclusive.
Unfortunately, most people with Antisocial Personality Disorder
reject treatment. Therefore, recovery rates are low.

I haven't had a chance to read everything but I hope to get to it all tomorrow. I know better than to rely on media to report it honestly. It does seem like the grund's versions of events keeps getting challenged at every turn. First Ashton's book and now this. I would like to know if Casey received any religious counseling while she was incarcerated. And I still wonder whose interests baez was most concerned with. Always more questions than answers!

Casey Anthony's defense attorneys maintained that Caylee was not murdered at all. They said the child drowned in the Anthonys' above-ground pool in 2008, and that Casey Anthony and her father, George Anthony, panicked upon finding her there and covered up the death. George Anthony denied that in his testimony.

Danziger described what Casey Anthony said happened the day Caylee died. She told him she couldn't find Caylee when she woke up, went out to check the pool and found her father holding Caylee's wet body.

Reading from his notes, the psychiatrist described Anthony's account: "'He was yelling at me, your fault, can't believe you did this'... She said he came out and said,'Daddy is going to take care of it, the same thing he used to say to me. He left the house with the child. That's the last time I saw her.'"

Defense attorneys explained Casey Anthony's behavior in the month before Caylee's disappearance was reported to police by saying that she had been sexually abused by her father from the age of 8 and had been taught to conceal her pain. According to Danziger, Anthony said the sexual abuse by her father ended when she was 11.

i seriously think casey's video diaries are part of some kind of cult de-programming.

casey had a cult deprogrammer on her penalty/mitigation phase witness list.

i don't think it was a coincidence.

no! because she was falsely accused by an aggressive agency - so the state would have a poor excuse to take her life.

that's a good reason to sue in federal court.
