I did the Smart For Life program and lost 50lbs in 5 months, its the easiest and the best tasting one. They also have other products like shakes, soups, pudding and even a bagel chip!!! This is the best program out there I LOVE IT!

I lost 12# on the cookie diet and 15 more on the R&D Diet Cookie. I prefer the taste of the R&D Cookie (I especially like the gingerbread)!
You can get them at
10# more and I am done!

I agree! The concept of the cookie diet works great for me! I have 2 young sons and if I didn't have something like the cookie diet I would gain so much weight. I use the R&D Diet Cookies. They fit my budget better. Oh yes... I lost 30 lbs after my 2nd son on the R&D Diet Cookie program.

Hello Sally,
What can you tell me about it? How long before you noticed results? And SERIOUSLY, how do they taste?
Did you get bored eating the same thing all the time? That seemed to be one of my problems with
eating right is that I'm such a picky eater and I got tired of the same foods all the time.

Hi Amber,
I noticed results right away! The first day or 2 was strange getting used to eating the cookies when I was hungry instead of at regular meals but then I got used to it. The R&D Diet Cookies taste good. Don't expect oreos tho! They are a high fiber and grain so you have to drink something with them but they do taste good. They also have a variety so you don't ever get tired of them. I think I was on them 3 months and lost the weight I wanted. I admit I have gone back on them 2 times since then. That has been my maintenance program... when I get totally out of control eating, I go back on the cookies for about a week to get back in control. That keeps me from yo-yo-ing like I did in the past. I think the best kept secret when it comes to cookie diets is the R&D Diet Cookie! They saved me!!!!

How about eating real, fresh organic food with lots of salads/vegetables and lean protein in limited normal portion sizes? And don't drink your calories.
Water, water with lemon. No diet crapola either.

My spouse is not going to go on a Cookie diet, not even if they taste like brisket.

And don't bother with Weight Watchers. They suck all the fat out of baked goods and replace with sugar.

the best diet - is the lack of any diets. With p roper nutrition the body receives all the necessary and will be in the optimum figure.

Diets are okay for the short term, but the rest is a lifestyle change in order to maintain the weight loss
