Orlando attorney among 7 disciplined by Florida Supreme Court

The Florida Supreme Court in recent court orders disciplined seven attorneys, disbarring one and suspending six, including an Orlando attorney.

This is straight from the Bible. Chirstians have no business becoming Attorneys. Courts are very corrupt and Jesus is absolutely right.

I learned the hard way. It was not my choice to go to court but drawn in by inknowlegable others.

I wanted no part of divorce proceedings nor Guardian Probate proceedings of this I am certain.

Under the eyes of God until my ex dies are my marriage is annulled, I see myself as still married to this female lunatic. She is or was just estrogen depleted nut case.

As a former professional auditor upon retirement sort becoming a Part time Security Officer and quickly made Lieutenant. My immediate Supervior was a retired Policeman, Cleveland Ohio. He was teaching me the ropes and in and outs of Police work. Actually thinking of becomong a private eye.

After a Miami Heat game, a fairly drunk attorney Gary Rotella (2 East Los Olas) has me canned because I simply made his friend drive the rest of the way home. Was it Fitgerald who said with every hero comes a tradgedy? I was the hero and tradgedy all in one move.

Probably prevented Rotella from fighting a DUI case, saved his life and probably others and I get fired. A tradgedy.

My sons don't understand the reasons for me leaving the wacking crazy state of Florida. Ann Butters who actually fired me was pregnant at the time, did she ever think the idiotic drunk Attorney could of run her over exiting the parking lot???. She was solely concerned as to how much rent he paid. A lot!!

What a wake up call as to just how corrupt all aspects of South Florida living really is. Money talks and BS walks.

I like living in Georgia but see big problems in the future with the lack of gun control.Just ask Bob Costas. Sales are up 30 % by retailers this holiday season.Assault rifes can't seem to stay on the shelf.

Cuban run Miami is wall to wall political corruption and I say this as one of the few Cubans here who call it like it is but S.Florida as a whole is corrupt.

ZERO political and police standards are the rule here, REGARDLESS of Rep or Dem .

They lobbied for me and were able to obtain a brand new air and heating unit. They talk to me in English, I try talking to them in Spanish.

Generally speaking, I think your right, however I find most Hebrew Attorneys and Hebrew Judges need a epiphany exactly like Allan from 2 and 1/2 men. He never really has his epiphany with Judith.

Judge Mark A. Speiser proves my point. He signs a bogus harrassment notice at the urging and encouragment of females, my ex wife wasn't even present at the establishment known as Wings Lust on Sample rd. How could I have been harrasing her when she wasn't even present? The establishment was really exploiting children in their employment practices for which I became fully aware of, my son was afflicted with very serious sleep deprivation but no one chose to hear my pleas. They fell on deaf ears.

Then they sit on the bench with heads up there behind not understanding what took place in Kansas City. Would it of really been too much to give me just my say in this matter? If they are afraid (highly likely), then they should not be seated.

In addition, my Hebrew Attorney in my Guardian / Probate case immediately requested a Retainer for several thousands dollars.

I hear exactly what you are saying but keep in mind that whether your part of the New York Mafia, the New England Irish Mafia or South Floridas Cuban Mafia, all these people live miserable lives and eventually they all do themselves in.

As far as Mark Rubio is concerned, the word is he is much like Romney, says things solely based on his current audience and can contradict himself at a moments notice.

As I previously stated, I try not to pre judge people or a pre judge a situation, things tend to playout differently for me.

I would of made a good mediator, I generally see both sides of the coin. It is only bad when I am the one stuck in the middle.

I will say these two Spanish gentlemen have a excellent employment history and have worked here a number of years. This speaks very highly of there character. The owner runs a very very tight ship and these two guys are without incident. Since it is a housing complex, there is ample opportunity for them to very easily dispense with peoples assets. They obviously haven't and have been reliable workers.

I think your right, they are from either Venuzuela or Columbia?

The reason I agree with you so much is that I found South Florida Courthouses fully engulfed in prejudices. Sadly enough, I actually recommend NOT hiring an Attorney or Law Firm until you know the Judge assigned. Many Law firms campaign for Judges to be elected. This is not kosher.

I learned the hard way, Judge Phillips is really Judge Phillip Naugle and she disguised her identity quite nicely. My divorce was from an Irish women connected to the Police and Forman assigns Judge Phillips Naugle. Why is she so afraid to disclose her identity? When I expose her,she angry as hell and sends Sheriffs to shut me up.

I didn't stand a ghost of a chance and my complaints fell on deaf ears. Forman refused to reassign the case. Phillips sends Sheriffs to my home to shut me up when I began complaining vehemently about this gross injustice. The first words out of the mouth of the Sheriffs were, they wanted to know the Attorney who was helping me write my complaints. I do all my own writings and could of easily been a lawyer. Many of my fraternity brothers from BARUCH are lawyers. I was even stonewalled in Tallahassee, they assigned an Irish reviewer, complete BS.

The Sheriffs wanted the name of the lawyer for obvious reasons and to intimidate me as well. South Florida Justice is non existent. Naugle now runs the Police retirement funds. That's the reason I state, this is corruption at it finest. Naugle talks about morality??? North Korea has more justice and allows their citizens more.

However they also fail to realize that they should never try or attempt to intimidate a man of very strong faith and follower of Christ. They are going to lose in the end for sure and they will never ever intimidate me. I follow the teachings of my main man, "Jesus", so they can just bring all the heat they want, it will be them who ultimately burns in hell.

Rabinowich and Robinowin; Please look at this strictly from a LOGIC perspective. We all know that “Jesus Christ” was a Hebrew Rabbi about 2000 years. If his teachings have actually withstood the test of time and have been proven to be spot right on and perfect by those who have implemented his parables since then,

then; How could he have been so perfect in his teachings? Doesn’t this not imply that his message had to have come from a higher source for him to have been so perfect in his views all the way back then? Who was feeding him his message to the world?

Someone said it was Spam and Clueless, yet an NFL player from the Dallas Cowboys was just charged with "intoxication manslaughter" after killing a teammate while driving drunk. Was I really that clueless?

This is exactly what could have occurred to your friend driving with you Gary Rotella and Loxahatchee Heat claims I am the one afflicted with mental defect.

Just happy I exited this goofy State of Florida and should of exited much sooner. Rotella fails to make restitution for having me fired. How about Gary Rotella, I'll settle for a few bucks.

But Rabinowin, I want to remind you and as previously addressed by my previous comments, according to teachings of the Master Jesus Christ a Rabbi himself that money which is garnished illegally eventually becomes lost according to the "Lord"

Take a close look at How many hundreds of millions are now being currently lost by the Marlins and growing faster then our deficit.

I think the State should also garnish those illegally raised contributions of the Fraternal Order of the Police. Teach them a lesson.
