Stabby Ann thinks she is going to be the next Jeannette Walls.
Her mother thought she was an artist.

I've read "The Glass Castle" and her stories seem exaggerated, but they are interesting.

Stabby's on the other hand seem contrived, fabricated and aren't even plausible.

Jeannette's at least are probably based in truth. If things were so bad at home, why wasn't Arias working to free her brother and sister like Jeannette did with her siblings?

Jeannette Walls says the future is whatever you make of it.

She doesn't say something stupid and immature like J-An-Ar "Jar Jar"
says, "In the meantime, smile and say CHEEESE"...

From now on, when I write "Jar-Jar" I mean the defendant

Maybe Stabby can take this pic to the prison hairdresser and get a curly undo to make her look more feminine and lose some more weight to look more
Letourneau-Like.

Remember, Mary Kay was given a chance to turn her life around, but she reoffended once she got out and got her 7.5 year sentence. She was pregnant and then slipped messages out to Villi on the breast milk for their baby.

She had a numbered coding system. I don't think any of them said

"You F * ck ed Up" like Stabby's one to Matt M. What ever happened to
MM anyway?

"Arias busted, set to run, go on the lam just before cops slap on the cuffs. We learn Arias`s grandparents` house under secret police surveillance, cops watching Arias pack and load boxes to flee. Packed, two knives and a secret .9-millimeter gun, hidden so well only found when her rental car was finally serviced."

Packed TWO KNIVES! One for lovers and one for tires? The gun was for the camping trip with coworkers. Those Applebee's waiters must be happy she was arrested before the camping trip.

I have a question. The rebuttal witness regarding the purchase of gas at the gas station in Salt Lake City around on June 6th around 4am in the morning......

If Travis was murdered June 4th and the state wants to use the purchase of gas carried in gascans to prove premeditation by Jodi hiding her tracks so to speak, then where's the evidence of purchase of gasoline for her car and to fill up the gascans which would have gotten her from Calfornia to Mesa, and then from Mesa to Salt Lake City between June 3rd and before June 6th.

Gas must be purchased BEFORE long distance travel, not AFTER it.

What is this June 6th evidence supposed to prove, when her visit to Ryan Burns in Utah was never an issue? If it's to prove she used cash to buy gas in the proceeding days, then why would she use a card on June 6th after the fact to prove she had earlier filled up gascans to get the Mesa?

I am also not understanding why the witness testified Jodi used a "credit card" to pay for the purchase, when the three items were debited from a bank account,as entered into evidence earlier. Debit and credit cards are not processed in the same manner and electronic store data would certainly indicate the method of payment accordingly.

Wishful thinking!
Either the state has the good beyond a reaonable doubt or they don't - they only put forth a premeditated argument. The jury is not allowed to speculate or formulate a verdict on what they believe may have occurred.
Didn't you learn anything from the Casey Anthony case?
==========
Arizona lesser-included offenses are different from other states. There would be no speculation. All of elements of lesser offense are included in higher offense except the premeditation. 2nd Degree Murder is everything that happened in 1st Degree Murder EXCEPT premeditation.

One has to actually look at a states law to determine the murder options.

The jury will need to consider events which occurred leading UP to the crime......what was the sequence of events that took place BEFORE, which resulted in the murder?

What happens AFTER does not prove premeditated murder beyond a reasonable doubt.

Generally speaking, as I understand it the difference between 1st and 2nd degree is both are preplanned (or premeditated) but 1st degree considers the more diabolical element where the accused had TIME TO REFLECT but still proceeded. The States allegations that Jodi travelled from California planning the murder, then engaged in a sexual romp and photographic session meet the element of 1st degree........as opposed, for example, to the murder being committed after she slid unknowingly into the house and took him off guard. Even the drive from California to Mesa would be considered adequate time to reflect IMO.

Only Manslaughter meets the standards of NO premeditation, in someone was killed without any intent.

The State is clearly not arguing manslaughter or 2nd degree murder occurred or the death penalty would not be on the table.

JM is trying to convince jury Jodi had 3 gas cans and that she had them in California, had them in Meza, and had them in Utah, and that she planned to use them to avoid creating a record of her being in Meza, or maybe he thinks she was leaving Utah to commit another crime and needed extra gas for cover to make it look as if she was not at crime scene.

The Gas cans don't prove premeditation. Too much reasonble doubt about why she had the cans and what they can be used for, but JM is definitely trying to plant premeditation in jury thought.

He needs gun. He needs knife. He has nothing but cans to try to make his case. If he gets what he wants this will become the Gas Can Case.

According to Detective Flores testimony, nothing relating to guns was found in Travis's home - "no holster, no case, no spare bullets, no cleaning case".

So what's of this photo and was is already entered into trial evidence?

For the Menses Group. Yesterday's rebuttal testimony addressed the lies about returning the THIRD gas can.

March 21, 2013

4:01 p.m. ET: One of the receipts show she filled the car up at an Arco in Pasadena, California.

4:06 p.m. ET: Martinez is showing a reciepts to the jury that shows Arias bought 9 gallons gas four minutes after buying 8 gallons of gas. She bought eight gallons of gas with a debit card, but
she bought the 9 gallons a few minutes later with cash. Arias agreed with Martinez that a cash purchase would be harder to track.

4:10 p.m. ET: Martinez just pointed out that earlier Arias said she wanted the gas cans, because gas was so expensive in California. The receipts show Arias bought around $80 in gas filling up the car and tanks in Pasadena, California.

You think he maybe thinks she was leaving Utah to commit another crime? LOL Jodi is not charged with conspiring to commit another crime.....you're off into a fantasy land.

This is A DEATH PENALTY case - the indictment by which Jodi is charged by is 1st degree murder so of course Juan Martinez is attempting to prove premeditation to the jury. He does not "need" the gun or knife because the ME has already testified to the autopsy results whereby a gun and knife were used in the killing.

Too much reasonable doubt of the State's case - the only scenario that has been presented - proves Jodi NOT Guilty! It's too late to be wishfully thinking the state had take the death penalty off the table. The opportunity was there are recent as October, 2012 when Victoria Washington departed and the court appointed Jennifer Willmott because she was a death-qualified attorney.

What will Jar Jar Stanks wear to court today? Yesterday, it looked like the defense team and defendant had just attended a funeral. Any more word on the LOVE messages for Mott_Mott and Lette_Lette? No one even likes
Mi_Mi enough to send him a love note.

Did Mott or Lette's say something about "My Pretty" and little dog "Nurmi" too?

I have an alibi. I go out and buy things to get receipts several times a day...lol

The rebuttal regarding the gascans was not yesterday, it was the day before.

The rebuttal testimony was not that Jodi bought gas with a debit card.....the witness testified it was a credit card. That's my point - the muscle lady's testimony does not support JMs original assertions regarding the purchase using a debit card.

And if Martinez pointed out Jodi lugged around gas cans to save on the price of gas, how does her being frugal prove premeditated murder?

Circumstantial evidence is most often employed in criminal trials. Many circumstances can create inferences about an accused's guilt in a criminal matter, including
the accused's resistance to arrest;
the presence of a motive or opportunity to commit the crime;
the accused's presence at the time and place of the crime;

=> any denials, evasions, or contradictions on the part of the accused;

=> and the general conduct of the accused.

(Holland v. United States, 348 U.S. 121, 75 S. Ct. 127, 99 L. Ed. 150 [1954]).
