C&P FROM ANOTHER SITE..
Tweeting again... Jodi Arias also deleted an earlier post that her twitter-dope typed into Twitter on her behalf, last Thursday, 11 July, the day after Stephen Alexander issued a message of sympathy to the 19 AZ fire-fighters who lost their lives in the Yarnell Hill Fire. She then re-posted the same cynical self-serving post yesterday... just won't leave the Alexanders alone.

Clearly, Jodi Arias is verbally stalking the family of Travis Alexander. There is a vicious pattern to her behavior:-- during Alexander family memorials, such as when they celebrated Travis's

life, and/or when a family member speaks out, Jodi Arias pops-up her ugly head & issues a tweet.

Jodi Arias is a sadist who enjoys tormenting others. She is also a narcissist who cannot stand any public show of support for the family of Travis Alexander, whom she maliciously attacked during her TV interviews within hours of being convicted of 1st degree premeditated murder. She also is a bore (who is bored & boring) who is clearly worried that she will be forgotten, so this ugly, vile Drama Queen must draw attention back to herself.

The irony is rich indeed just how much the Canada Cannnibal resembles Jodi.

Magnotta, 29, was a small-time porn actor, before being arrested for allegedly murdering his gay lover, dismembering the man's corpse, tasting it, and mailing body parts to schools and government offices in Canada. He is now currently awaiting trial in a Montreal jail cell.

Do socialistic countries such as Canada allow Cameras in the courtroom ? CNN perhaps ?

This should be a gory detailed crime -not for the faint of heart- Wonder will the prosecutor be allowed to show the video of this deranged perv slaughtering kitten..

MONTREAL - The trial of accused killer Luka Rocco Magnotta will begin in September 2014, more than two years after his arrest in the death of university student Jun Lin.

Magnotta appeared Monday in a Montreal courtroom, where his jury trial was set for Sept. 15, 2014. It is scheduled to last six to eight weeks.

No cameras that I'm aware of....only sketch drawings. More so, the courts are very prone to issuing publication bans......because the reason for the ban, in addition to the subject matter of course is not released, it is impossible to determine whether it's reasonably justified. Our court system is definately very secretive compared to the US. No criminal or civil records are available online....this country is into "privacy" in a big way. I'd expect criminals like that very much.

Common-Law Test
Where bans are not provided for by statute, the Supreme Court has articulated a new common-law test to determine if a publication ban should be granted. "A ban should only be ordered when a) such a ban is necessary in order to prevent a real and substantial risk to the fairness of the trial, because reasonably available alternative measures will not prevent the risk; and b) the salutary effects of the publication ban outweigh the deleterious effects to the free expression of those affected by the ban." The court indicates that publication bans are not available as protection against remote and speculative dangers. The court adds that in light of recent technological advances such as the Internet, courts should consider the efficacy of the bans they might wish to issue. Freedom of expression and fair trial rights are now treated as equal in the analysis.

Despite the openness of our courts generally, and the protection afforded various court participants from identifying publicity, Canadian courts have not permitted the routine use of a camera and microphone to enhance court reporting and improving public access to court.

Oooooops.......Make that a guilty verdict. His family has already seen justice.
Don't stress over the punishment. Whatever it ends up being Jodi A will be very old if she ever sees life on the outside again.

This is a link to the defense motion which is challenging the right of Arizona juries to determine aggravating factors......"Under the Constitutions of the State of Arizona and the United States only the legislative branch of government is empowered with the right to declare what is a crime and what elements make up that crime. Courts, as part of the judicial branch of government, cannot create the elements of criminal offenses."

*******

What jury, if tasked with the decision, wouldn't agree that ANY murder is "unusually cruel".

How come only Jeff Ashton's book sold well, while any of the defense ,or, Casey herself haven't sold zilch do you think? Wasn't Casey supposed to be rich by now, along with all of her defense team for winning the case of the Century? Why do they all look like the losers of that case now?

BTW -- nearly all books listed on Amazon's website have the 'look inside' feature. Guess you never bought a book from them.

You might try sticking your head back up your arse then flying around in ever diminishing circles until you once again disappear up your own arse as you have done in the past.
;-)
I've never tried that, Gloomy. Is that supposed to be fun? Hell, I'd rather harass the folks at My Death Space or watch ID reruns.

Jodi Arias update: Status conference set for Tuesday----------

•RECAP: Highlights of Jodi Arias trial
Last Updated: 4 hours and 19 minutes ago

• By: abc15.com staff, wire reports

PHOENIX - A hearing set for Tuesday morning in the Jodi Arias murder trial has been moved to 10:30 a.m., according to the Maricopa County Superior Court.

The Status Conference and Motion to Continue Trial was initially scheduled for Thursday but was moved to 8:30 a.m. Tuesday earlier this month.

The court then tweeted it was pushed back to 10:30 a.m. due to scheduling conflicts.

The judge set the retrial date for a new penalty phase, something that could take several months as attorneys put on a mini-trial of sorts to get a fresh jury up to speed on the case. Jury selection alone could take weeks.

Arias was convicted of first-degree murder on May 8 in the June 2008 death of boyfriend Travis Alexander at his Mesa home
