An Order of Protection is just a piece of paper. It would have been in the best interests of both the mother & the child to have locked up this monster.
This is 2 counts of attempted murder. Lock him up.

just because u read it in a paper or watch it on tv does not mean it happend the way it was said. domestic violence is not right and those who beat on women are wrong but what about his side of the story. he did'nt harm the baby at all acourding to witness testimony but yet the media still portrays him as a monster.... what about other inmates who are wrongfully put away, it can happen to anyone of us just because someone said we have done something wrong with little evidence. remember folks justice is blind.

He is not and will never be a monster. He is a brother, father, human being, and a son that made a bad judgment. If you knew his history;how he grew up, what happened to him as a child, what happened to his family many years ago and he and his sister were both witnesses to it all then you would understand that he just made a terrible decision that day. And instead of locking him up...he needs psychological help. But this is what the system does. They lock up people that make bad decisions instead of giving them the necessary help so they do not make more bad decisions.
