A relative of mine had a hysterectomy and then had problems with gallbladder pain. After an expensive round of tests, nothing pathological was found. I kept telling her different things it could be, but she wouldn't listen.

I have never heard of any relationship between a hysterectomy (abdominal or vaginal) and the gallbladder. Mainly because of the distance between the uterus and GB.
