Haha, we knew it. It's not Rasheed, but it's a banger that can help Dwight up front!

He's okay Matt. He's not on the same level as R.Wallace or C.Villanueva, but do we really need 5 all-star caliber players playing on the court at the same time? We just need someone who can average around 8-10 points and about 8-10 rebounds to help Dwight. And I'm sure he won't cost us a ton of money either.

Good start. Bass is a good player. Let's get Rasheed. I'm also hearing about Bowen and Marquis. We need a center and back up PG.

He has never shown any type of ability to be able to get either one of those stat lines

Slightly OT, but what is up with the Sentinel again? Five photos of Bass supplement this post.

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/basketb...

1: Fouling Hedo (who is either wincing of laughing at him.)
2: Gasol driving on him (on a night Pau went 12/13, even though Dallas won).
3: Fouling Jordan Farmar.
4: Fouling Trevor Ariza
5: Getting shot over by Pau Gasol.

Is it that hard to find a picture of Bass blocking a shot/dunking/driving/etc?

Way to spin it negative again.

I would like this very much. They need a tough big guy like this and more importantly he can shoot midrange. I think he would be good next to Dwight of the bench or subbing in for him. He isn't really a center though.

I forgot to mention how good it is that he is young. I would prefer that the Magic didn't get much older so they can still have improving players around Dwight in 3-4 years.

Why haven't they spoken to Maquis Daniels? Local kid would nice athleticism good bench guy. Maybe the Nets will release Battie and we can resign him.

Perfect fit to start next to Dwight. He will board, block shots and hit the mid range shot. And hes only 24, Sheed is old and declining fast. Bass > Sheed.

I've called Bass since the Season ended. I called the Pietrus signing last summer.

This would be a solid signing, but the Magic would still need another big man. And let's get real: Hedo and Gortat are gone. Sheed? C's are making too big a push ... can't see how he wouldn't sign with them. Two quality big men and a third PG is probably what we're looking at for this offseason and we're done.

Bass is decent, but not a good fit for the team. He cant shoot as far as I know, that wont work here. If you cant shoot, then you are just in Dwight's way. Sheed would be perfect fit, but Mcdyess would be good too.
