if you are chasing down a smaller kid to beat on him, most people won't be too sympathetic to whatever happens. you fight when it's on, 2 willing participants. if the kid is running, you can safely tell yourself you won the "macho" game and back off. if you choose to chase that person down, well then ...

It isn't that anyone is insensitive.**** but teens have grown up today behind mom and dad's money i.e home equity lines(especially in area like Parkland, where he probably lives in a expensive home.) where they think they are bigger and better than everyone else because think their parents have money. Let me guess, drives an expensive car. Mom and Dad throw money at him?
Kids today think because of the lifestyle they "think" they have, no one or nothing can hurt them. Why didn't he just let it go? Let the person walk away? Couldn't.**** cause his ego wouldn't let him.
They tell you don't drink and drive. They also need to tell you that walking away may be the bravest thing you could ever do!
rather than blame the victim's family for being successful and indulging their child, why dont you take a moment to stop being (what I assume to be) an uneducated, financially frustrated moron and realize that the assailant's family is the one who should be faulted.

is it more criminal to spoil your child with a nice car and monetary security or to raise a child that carries a concealed weapon and does not hesitate to stab another individual?

when you find a job and finally can afford to take care of your loved ones (assuming anyone truly cares about you), you may realize how resentful you sound?

Well this makes up for the story the other day about the girl who stabbed five people and they all lived. I was being teased by my out of state friends about Florida being full of incompetent stabbers. "What kind of people teaching at your stabbin schools?" my friends were saying. Gad, it was embarrasing.

Rich little brats. He wants to fight for Israel- the US is not good enough i guess? Hey, here's a tip- stop raising your kids to be spoiled little Parkland punks, and maybe they won't get in peoples faces. He attacked a kid and got what he deserved.
You are so ignorant its not even funny you dont know what happened you were there, your just depending on what the news told you and most of that was made to make the other kid look like he was defending himself but truth is you dont defend yourself by stabbing someone 5 times. And so what if he wanted to fight for the country where his ancestors came from he's proud of his heritage and from what i heard he was very proud to be jewish. And "Parkland punks", really, what does it matter where he came from no one deserves to die at 17. and just so everyone knows not every kid in parkland just gets things handed down to them and the parents arn't fuck ups that dont care about their kids.

Anon seems to be a disgusting individual. It's a shame people are so ignorant. If only they didn't come from a broken home, maybe they would stand a chance.

I don't see what getting into a fight has to do with somebody's financial situation. It sounds like you are bitter towards those who grow up with money. Regardless, fights happen everywhere. Teenagers tend to act tougher then they really are due to peer pressure, etc...I would argue most kids who grow up with money are less likely to get into fights. He probably wanted to look tough in front of his friends
