Ignoring how big victim's heart waas, or
whether pad policy to follow adversaries
outside....been gone from Pompano/Deerfield area since mid'o4 and
OMG how the area has gone downhill these
days. I hear Weston is not the Nirvana
gated retreat either now, and that Boynton is like another country where you better speak the lingo or else.
Children that age are not idiots; they have this 'tude of invincibility that
leads to impulse action we wouldn't
consider as adults (well, most of us,
anyway). Condolences to his 'rents.

It isn't that anyone is insensitive..but teens have grown up today behind mom and dad's money i.e home equity lines(especially in area like Parkland, where he probably lives in a expensive home.) where they think they are bigger and better than everyone else because think their parents have money. Let me guess, drives an expensive car. Mom and Dad throw money at him?

Kids today think because of the lifestyle they "think" they have, no one or nothing can hurt them. Why didn't he just let it go? Let the person walk away? Couldn't..cause his ego wouldn't let him.

They tell you don't drink and drive. They also need to tell you that walking away may be the bravest thing you could ever do!

sounds like the unnamed 17 year old was defending himself, maybe thats why he wasnt charged. the fl. stand your ground law applies to juveniles too. this would of never happened if mccain was elected president.

How many kids being murdered is it going to take for all of you parents to realize that you have no control over your kids? What was he doing out that late? Isn't there a curfew in place for kids under the age of 18? When I was 17, I had to be in by 11pm. This is why I can't wait to move away from this sickening place. It's sad when the headlines read that Broward has the highest rate of kid-on-kid deaths. This is the 2nd death this week, and we almost had number 3 with the 3rd grader that brought a loaded gun to school. Why don't they start charging the parents of these kids? Bring corporal punishment back into the schools. Shame on all of you parents for not watching your kids. Until you start stepping up to the plate and taking responsibility for your children, this will continue to happen.
Oh please

I swear it is getting to the point that parents will have to shake their kids down before they leave the house for weapons. This is out of hand, something has got to be done about kids thinking they can solve life's problems with a gun or a knife.

My son used to live in Boca and used to go to Shisha all the time, he said it was a very nice place to go this shocked him to hear about what happened there today. Two teens in a couple of days in South Florida what a shame. Makes you wonder where the parents are when their kids are out that late at night.
