David Siegel is getting a does of what he has done so many times to others. He is getting screwed and he deserves it. He has not one ounce of respect for people who he think is beneath him. His whole business is one big lie. He and his reps tell families that it is a 90 minute preview of a resort and it turns into 3-5 hours of pure hell. He promises the customer one thing and he rarely delivers. He breaks rules, fail to get proper building permits, and fails to compensate his employees. This guy is truly a piece of shit. The management who works for him is pretty much the same- piece of shit people. I congratulate Ms. Dawn Georgette Myers for suing David's sorry ass. This is sending a message that no matter how much money you have no one is above the law. No one should be forced or intimidated into having sex against their will. Sex should be given on a person's on merits and not by bullying and intimidation. David- ask yourself this question? If you had no money, would you have your lovely wife and high profile friends. I do not think so, therefore, justice has been issued.

David will appeal the verdict and keep this in court for years. By that time he will have filed for personal bankruptcy if he has not already. This twat will NEVER see one dime. Do you really think a man like David did not think about the possibility of suits years ago and prepare for even the collapse of his business by moving cash offshore? All of you Siegel haters are simpletons. You have no clue how a corporation like Westgate works or who backs it. People build, crash, liquidate, and re-purchase businesses for pennies on the dollar ALL THE TIME. David is NOT going away or going to be living in a Maytag box.

No one has mentioned that the five plus million dollars in punitive damages that the jury awarded Ms. Myers in her sexual harassment suit against Mr. Siegel was reduced to about $500,000 by the judge following the verdict. When a judge takes such a step it is called a "remittitur." This is a Latin word, which in the legal context, means to reduce a damage award. Ms. Myers appealed the judge's ruling to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, but the Court upheld the remittitur. Still $500,000 isn't chump change...
