I am overjoyed with you. Hopefully, he has to hang up his black dress and go home.
That black dress needs to be looked at with a black light to see the horrors the judge commited on himself as he presided over the bench. Honorable Hairy Palm (never want to shake hands with the guy) is his nickname in the courthouse.

I can say with first hand experience that the law enforcement community in Seminole County is not a fan of Erikkson, due to his arrogance, ego, and overall needless bad attitude.
My point exactly...

Judge Dickey is a complete an utter moron with a personal vendetta against any pro se litigant. He is just as corrupt as the other Judge that got found guilty of putting people behind bars for no reason. Judge Dickey has numerous Judicial Qualification Committee Complaints against him. However, you won't know and no one does anything because it is Judges who govern over Judges. They get a slap on the wrist because they are all old law school buddies.

In my opinion based upon working in the legal profession and seeing these things first hand, Judge Eriksson has the disturbing trait of appearing distracted and bored, as if he doesn't care and doesn't want to pay attention to the facts. I have not noticed him being mean but I have seen him being impatient on many occasions. I would not want to have a case before him. Another judge I'm skeptical about is Clayton Simmons. Seems as if he can't follow the facts of a trial. I have personally witnessed him misunderstanding clearly presented facts and making decisions in error. I seen the faces of shocked plaintiffs and defendants who have been treated as inferior subjects by this judge. He's another I wouldn't want to have hear my case. Comes across as openly arrogant and gives the impression of having an extreme superiority complex. I'm not a judge, but based upon my knowledge and the knowledge of the attorneys I've seen in his courtroom, his judgment is flawed. He is on his way to becoming another Sloop. IMO all proceedings in front of any judge should be recorded by a court reported. No matter how little or how much is at stake, use a court reporter. It's worth the money.
