Sociopaths can't "quell" their impulses. They typically lie and are known pathological liars. They are forever trying to hide their real intentions. Most people believe she is guilty of her crime because the evidence supports it. Not all evidence was presented to the jury. Circumstantial evidence can be very powerful, too. A not very keen jury was blindsided by a disingenuous defense team. Unfortunately, the prosecution made an error by putting the DP on the table. This is how our justice system in the U.S works, and as far as I'm concerned, the CA case is over. Even though people are still discussing it, they too know it's over. It's just that a child's death, particularly like Caylee's, is so disturbing. It's disturbing that her own mother cared so very little for her. Why has Caylee's death in particular garnered so much attention? Obviously because the case drew so much attention. People saw the unbelievable behavior of a young mother in regards to her toddler daughter and a very dysfunctional family. Not reporting your child missing for over 30 days and out partying and getting a tattoo all while people are searching for your child, is going to be upsetting to the consciences of a lot of people who know it is abnormal and cold behavior for any mother to react in such a way. Unfortunately, Casey was not held accountable in any way, but because many people have a conscience and compassion about a child who couldn't defend or protect herself and had no one to do it for her, they can't forget her or what she had to endure in her last moments of life. Embedded in the public's mind, is how the person whom Caylee was suppose to have trusted and been nurtured by, cruelly did away with her and dumped her already decomposing little body in a garbage littered wooded lot - left there to let nature do it's business until there was nothing left of this little girl but her scattered bones and a tiny skull.Casey's chief problem is her noterity. It's
pobably not possible to capatalize on her crime
as long as the majority of the people believe
she's guilty. She could carve out a modest life for
herself, but she has to quell her impulisive nature,
which would be hard because she was born in the
Year Of The Fire Tiger. But Tigers ARE resulant,
They can take a lot of knocks and recover. Lindsay
Lohan, for all her troubles, seems to be doing better
Did you ever see the film, "The Crying Game?" It was
about a man who had a relationship with a
transvestie. He thinks "she's" a woman. In the scene
where she finally reveals she is a man, she is frightened,
because she doesn't know if the man will reject her.
What Casey must do is keep her idenity hidden from any
"friends" she makes. After sometime has passed, she
can reveal her true idenity. Chances are, most of her
friends WOULD NOT abandon her. Casey still has some
friends and family from the past that have not left her.
The new ones won't either.
Sadly, so many little children have been abused, tortured and murdered in this country since Caylee's death and many by their own parent, parents or family member. Sad state of affairs when a little child can't even trust an adult, particularly their own parent, parents or family.
