I dropped of my shoes on Saturday January 12th 2013 I was advised my shoes will be ready on Friday January 18th the lady provided me with my receipt that had my number and the date jan 18th to when my shoes will be ready. Friday jan 18th in the afternoon I drove there to pick up my shoes but the place was closed with a sign on the door. I was so frustrated because they never called me to let me know they were going to be closed and I needed my shoes that night. The next day I go there to pick up my shoes and I told the lady in the counter who was working that I was suppose to pick up my shoes yesterday and she says yes but we were closed. I asked her why didn't she call to advise they were going to be closed and if other people were expecting to pick up there clothes to just be disappointed not to even get a phone call. The lady tells there system don't save the customers numbers but that don't make sense when your running a business And you provide your phone number because they ask and they put it on the receipt and types it in the computer . The lady had horrible customer service and did not acknowledge my concern at all she acted like it didn't even matter. After complaining about this she got upset raised her voice and went to the back of the store and was very unprofessional she did not apologize and just took my money with no concern which is very unprofessional to make matters worse I went to my car And looked at my shoes and the repair was done wrong and did not do what I requested. I walked backed into the store and the lady seemed upset grabbed my shoes and banged them on the counter and tries to tell me nothing was wrong with the repair when you can clearly see it was wrong. After explaining to her and showing her it was not fixed the right way she tell me ( oh don't worry no one is going to notice) WTF!!!! I could not believe this lady. She kept talking over me and told me to leave my shoes and she will have it fixed I told her no for what??? To be disappointed again and not even get a phone call the day my shoes were suppose to be ready???? I walked out the store and left. This caused an   Inconvenience to me because I was expected my shoes that night to wear it to an event. For a company to close on a day they open and not notify their customers that suppose to pick up there clothes etc to let them know is very irresponsible for a company and to not save your customers phone number to have just in case a situation like this arrives is very poor in a running a business especially not having good customer service and yelling at your customer and not acknowledging there concern due to a fault in the company not the customer is soo bad and walking in the back of the store when the customer is acknowledging there concern.. I was not even expecting my money back even though I paid for a service that was not done on time or the right way what mattered to me is the customer service I experienced. You will never have a successful business if you have poor customer service. I never experienced such bad customer service and to make matters even worse I never take the time to write a review because I never had to but in this case I had to because I do not want anyone else experiencing what I not waste your money or time with this company. They are friendly in the beginning to get your business but once something goes wrong there attitude changes and the lady was very nasty and yelling and banged my shoes on the counter. Before I left the store I did advise her I will be writing a review her words she says ( I don't care do what you want)!!!!!! Please do not waste your time or money with this company!!!!! Worst in service they provide and customer service!!!!!! No stars they get nothing in my book.. Now I'm looking for another place to bring my shoes they could not do the job the first time or on time and they don't even call to let you know!!!!

I would have asked to speak to the manager, or tried contacting him/her when you left the building. You could also write a letter to management and voice your complaint. I don't blame you for not wanting to do business with them anymore. If they keep that up, they'll eventually lose their customers and go out of business. Just the same, I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I should have asked to speak to a manager but I was soo upset I just wanted to get out of there ASAP!! I tried looking them up in better business beau but they are not listed!!! I posted my review on a few sites and I will research who is the manager of that store to share my complaint!! Thanks for sharing your comment it's appreciated
