jamier Nelson should be traded for a bunch of cash-he's good but unproven. Rafer Alston is a 10 year veteran and got the Magic to the finals. they should have benched nelson for the nba finals, the Magic would have won! Nelson couldn't even guard derek fisher lol

The coach goofed big time messing with the rotation. Who expected Nelson to come back as the All-Star guard he was ?
No one but the head coach. It was Nelson who should have told coach to put the other guys in after the first game.

Jameer needs to buy lifts for his sneakers. Some arm and leg extensions would be nice.

Yeah I'm not sure about this one, this article could be as bad as Van Gundy's coaching decision with the point guards.

Nelson is slower than the 34 yrs old FISH, imagine 2 years from now. Alston is Brick builder, both are looser. Keep Alson if you need a ball handler, or Nelson for...Franchise player after Dwight leaving the team.

Mr. Bianchi;

You are just adding a swell to the already swolen wound. You are just creating further animosity to the city after writing "S V Goofy..Sad to see that you are using the media to divide the city and not to inform..You need to use your medium and resource to help mend the difference that was created during the season....Pleae be fair...give this team a chance......

The Magic will miss Alston when they lose in the first round next year...it is not a coincidence that they played so good in the play-offs without Nelson and all of the sudden played like bums in the finals with Nelson's "Triumphant Return"... Nelson plays good in games that do not matter but when the pressure is on.....well you saw his basketball IQ in full display when he steped back from Fisher to avoid a 2 point try when winning by 3....then he held his hands high all the way to the bench to show his uncle van gundy that he was guarding him the correct way... Alston and AJ looked at him in disgust for ruinning all their hard work and they have a right to express their opinions...

Alston got us to the finals then Nelson lost it for us. It's pretty clear who needs to go.

Precy, I agree with you 100% I live here in Torrance, Ca, south of LA and has been a loyal fan even during the Shaq/Penny days. Mr. Bianchi is instigating animosity to the City...He did not write any fair article during the entire playoff. He should write as a writer and not as an aggitated fan.....way to go precy

Rafer is a better all around player. Jameer can't guard bigger points. They shoot right over him. Trade Nelson not Rafer.

This shows that Mike only knows how to write college football columns. In fact only florida college football columns. He is using the same formula and does not understand that Pro basketball fans are different that college football fans... In fact, I don't think he understands Pro basketball. Yes, a Lou will be leaving the Magic this summer. TYRONNE LOU.

Short memories . Until he was hurt Nelson was the spark. Perhaps bringing him back for the finals was a mistake but we won't ever know. R A knew why he was traded to the Magic and must know that he is not the point guard of the future. The Magic will be just fine as long as they stay healthy.
