I just saw that too. Ouch. If this information is accurate and it can be proven that Casey A was the only making the searches it's pretty close to being a game changer. The already shaky accidentally drowning defense just got even shakier.

I caught just a blurb of this on the news this morning, so I looked it up~~
This was a BIG oversight on the prosecutions part.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
I'm not saying it would have made any difference in
the eyes of the jury but the evidence should have
been presented to them.

Good Morning All and Happy Thanksgiving.

Is everyone up early to get the birds in the oven?

Thanksgiving is still my most favorite childhood memory. We'd go early to the cabin and go sledding with my cousins most of the morning. We'd eat and the men would watch football while my Aunt ran a bingo game for all of us kids. We would all end up coming home with a bunch of winnings. Candy bars, coloring books, lifesavers, old jewelry,gum, quarters, etc.
Those were the days, even more so for my older cousins. They were always outside getting high.

Got my bird stuffed and in the oven. Giblets are on slow simmer.
Salt and pepper shakers are filled. Son is coming later to help set up extra tables. I think I will go back to bed for an hour or so.

Liz, that Aunt was a cool lady to run that Bingo game for you kids on Thanksgiving. I think all mine just told us to 'go play'.

Here we are, another Thanksgiving has arrived~~
Suffice to say, I'm grateful I'm still here
to celebrate it.
We had our big dinner this past Sunday with Curlie's family.
Today, we are going to lay around like a couple of old sick house cats.
I do have a good dinner planned for us, just not
traditional.

I call him Buzz and I think it fits his personality to a tee.
He cracks me up with some of his shenanigans.
