Take something to bite down on when you have the urge to scream.
A soft clean wash cloth workks great.
Try not to grab your heart like Fred Sanford and for goodness sakes don't stagger or faint...

I forgot to ask~~
Are you looking because you want to trade or is it coming down to
you have to?
We were in a postion of HAD to.
Long story, it still gets me mad at Curlie if I dwell on it.
Anyway, it all turned out very good...

GM all once again we have such a nice day.It is
windy but that is Okla for you.

Ruby I know you or Curlie one can answer this question.
I am watching a cramberry ad and they are always
stirring the cramberrys in water.
Why???? Are they dirty? Or is it to bring unripe
ones to the top?? Really I would just put a motor
in the water rather than stand in it and stir?????

Frigs my life..

Take a man with you, some dealerships try to rip women off. I looked at a car one day and was gave a price then when my husband went and looked at it he was gave a price of about 5,000 less. That's when we decided we were not giving that dealership our business.

Hey Mousie~~
I was stumped on this one.
It all depends on whether you want to dry harvest or wet harvest.
Me? I'll buy it in a can at Food Lion...

Thank's for the info. In the t.v.ad two men are standing
in the middle of the berries with hip boots on stirring
away.
I did learn from your info that if the berry does not
bounce you need to discrd it.
I buy some fresh and other can. I am so ready
for hoilday's I can smell the turkey cooking lol.

Hello ladies. Just stopping by to say hello. I'm so proud of myself. I just went walking. I'm going to try taking it up again. I walked 30 minutes and will increase as I can.
I wish Hey Princess was still posting with us. She could cheer me on. I wonder how she's doing.
I hope you're all doing fine. Coffee sounds good Mousie. I think I'll have some myself.
:-)
Thanks TM! You motivated me! I got out there today for 40 minutes.
The same walk used to take 30 minutes a couple years ago. Oh well,......one step at a time. I'm going to try for a half hour everyday now. Now I'm off to watch the little ones. Have a good day ya'll.

Oh man I can't wait for this election business to be over. Not kidding. Today alone I had 3 emails from the President, one from his wife, campaign manager and now Bill Clinton. I expect to be hearing from Bo Obama by the end of the day.

Did you see where he lost his job? My friends son is a self proclaimed internet troll and he's a real whack job. I mean serious issues like afraid to come out of the house but talks a bunch of crap on the net like he's a tough guy.

This is a long article but thought it interesting.
I read it on another thread where I post and thought I'd pass it along.

Don't you think the internet has opened a brave new world to people such as this?
It quickly becomes their life, It makes them feel powerful and
in control, something they don't have in RL.

I think all people that post on public forums are sociopaths.

Tribe that's great about the walking. Good for you!
Thank you Liz. Special shout out to you. You are faithful to this thread. I saw your post about your router and your keyboard. I think this old laptop may be on its last leg. I'm not sure when I'll replace it. My son-in-law said that it has lasted longer than most and couldn't be fixed. I think he meant it wasn't worth fixing. My luck sucks with computers. I'm telling ya.

YW Marley! I glad I can motivate somebody.

;-)

I walked again today for about the same amount of time. I even went a little further and made it in the same amount of time, but girl I was huffing and puffing, red in the face pitiful. I took my cell phone with me this time in case I needed to call home and almost started to dial, then put it back in my pocket. I just didn't want to hang my head in shame and give in.

I went an hour earlier today, and I think that is why I was so hot. I believe that hour made a difference with the temperature. If I walk tomorrow I'm going to go between 6:00 & 7:00. The sun has gone down a little more, but I can make it back home before it gets dark.

Anyway, thanks for cheering me on, and I hope you make your half hour a day. My son told me to skip a day in between until my body stops hurting, but I don't know. I'm the kind that if I skip a day, it just makes it so much easier to skip another day.

I don't think that's the kind of skipping Shuaw was talking about.
