The grand jury will simply listen to the evidence thus far and determine if it is worthy of being tried as capital. It doesn't automatically mean if found guilty she will get the death sentence. That is for her trial jury to decide during the sentencing phase after she is found guilty. The following is some information that is very insightful about the grand jury process; highly recommend anyone read them so they have a better grasp/understanding Tuesday's GJ. http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/jury_instr... http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/jury_instr...

These were all trivial rulings yesterday. The prosecution has 10 days to submit to the defense the evidence collected. Also the Judged tabled the ruling on Casey's confinemnet until next week Guess what? It doesn't matter as the evidence will have to be given to Baez anyway once the murder charge is filed as part of the defenses right to discovery.
This hearing was a total waste of taxpayers time Why? Because,Tuesday is the Grand Jury hearing and they will charge Casey with FIRST DEGREE MURDER leading to her arrest on Tuesday by 6 PM EST.
Stay Tuned!

I can't believe he would actually say that! Mr. Baez, ITS ABOUT TIME TO GET DOWN TO THE TRUTH AND FIND OUT WHIICH ONE OF THE ANTHONYS is credible and WHICH ONE IS NOT! P.S. Heres a little hint, you can rule your client OUT as CREDIBLE. You are a complete moron. Our reaction too. The truth would be good and we can go back to the last time George Anthony REALLY saw Caylee alive and start from there. Perhaps then LE can stop swarming homes and upsetting the lives of other innocent children at the expense of Cindy Anthony's "Leads". Mr. Baez, we think getting to the Truth is something we all want, but it has to start with your client and her family.

Baez is a fool for not counseling his client to take a plea deal for a manslaughter charge in exchange for her confession and where the body is. The jury is going to throw the book at Casey for not only the senselessness of her cold/callous act, but for her and Baez squandering the courts time, money, and vital resources on this unwinnable case.

Baez is definitely a joke. But the judge has to be professional no matter how he personally feels about the incredulous requests made by Baez. I think the judge did well by not ruling on that particular motion right away. He can't be accused of ruling over the case with prejudice against Casey. Baez seems to be focusing more on how the public has perceived Casey in court. He made sure to mention how the public feels to the judge. That could be his offhanded way of working towards getting her an acquittal.

Island Girl - no worries the one thing the bumbling idiot did accomplish yesterday was to establish that Casey was solely responsible for the car even though her parent's owned it. That will not bode well with the GJ, especially if he tries to pin it on someone else at trial.

I truly believe that Judge Strickland was doing everything in his power to remain professional and unbiased yesterday. Many who did not watch the trial didn't see: Baez reprimanded on several occaisions about the court's time. Baez reprimaned for not doing legwork. Baez reminded several times that the evidence he was requesting was NOT going to be used in the neglect case. Baez reminded that the documents he requested from LE were ready at the LE agency, that all he need do is PAY for them the same way anyone else would and he could have them. Baez stating that although the defendant's parents own the car, it is for all intents and purposes the defendant's car. Ummmm and Uhhhhhhh were interjected in several sentences and Mr. Baez found it necessary more than once to let someone else clarify his thoughts. He was reminded at least 3 of the motions he filed, were already granted to him by the prosecution before the motions were filed. He is a bumbling idiot.

WHOA!!! Wait just a minute.
If the home confinement officer testified yesterday that KC's schedule is set so that she knows the whereabouts at all times?
Did KC request permission to attend the hearing and then NOT show up?
WHERE WAS SHE during the hours she was supposed to be at the courthouse?

He's not ready for prime time, which is fine with me since his client is guilty as sin. Did you also notice that the other atty. with Baez spoke when the state atty was addressing the judge? He just blurted out some kind of snide remark and the prosecutor turned towards him and muttered something. The judge had to tell the defense atty to pipe down. That's how unprofessional the Baez team is.

There are high hopes of the body being found and of course the Grand Jury is surley to rule against Casey. I'm one of those people who watch Nancy Grace and last night Leonard Padilla was asked about a possible secret life. His response was that everyone will be shocked when the truth comes out about where Casey went everyday when it was thought she was going to work at Universal Studios. Then he got cut off in mid sentence as usual. I hate when that happens. Sorry for any typos. It's hard to type with a Pomeranian curled up in your lap.

Justice for the Innocent wrote: http://wbztv.com/local/Giovann i.gonzalez.billboard.2.815145. html http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/17613777/d... I know this is a forum to discuss Caylee specifically, and I hope nobody minds, but I have to wonder about the effect cases like this have on those out there who are like Casey? The above are 2 other very similar cases involving small children missing, since Caylee's disappearance. I'm sure there are many more that aren't widely publicized as well. These are similar in the fact that circumstances are very suspect, strange stories, uncooperative parties involved, and at least in one, the parent is the only known suspect. I wonder if seeing Casey prance around like she's God almighty, commanding the whole show, and seeming as though she will get away with it, gives these others the gumption to act on their evil thoughts and desires as well? If she is allowed to search, blame the judge, it is his ruling. We will see what happens, but I can't even FATHOM the judge letting her out to 'search'. The fact she is out now galls me, but the law is the law. What the judge decides on her searching...I can't see it.

Didn't Casey say she searched for those first 31 days by herself? Will she be asked to turn over what she found out while out doing her search then (As she called it) or will she have to admit she lied again? & Tell what she was really doing? Yes, I know the truth, Casey is a cold-blooded, cold-hearted walking POS, That has done something horrible to Caylee. I just think Casey should be held accountable for each & every lie she told along with what she done to & with Caylee. With Her Family right along beside her. At the hearing Baez said it's not to search for Caylee, it's to have Casey show him places she showed LE during the initial investigation.
