Jacobs shares plans to 'fast track' Orlando's soccer stadium plans: report

In a letter to Orlando City Soccer Club President Phil Rawlins , Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs wrote Thursday that she is "fast-tracking" the plans to build a new soccer stadium in downtown Orlando, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

I hope some intrepid reporter is peeling back the onion here and discovering the connection between Jacobs, Dyer and the companies that stand to benefit from the construction of a completely unecessary soccer stadium. Aside from the fact that soccer will NEVER draw large crowds here in the US, Orlando already has the Citrus Bowl and Brighthouse Stadium!
