I know nothing about this situation, the truths and non-truths, but if they deserved demotions or firing that is what should be done whether they or white, black or what ever. This is the big problem in this country now, discrimination is used too often against employers and they fear eliminating the dead wood from their work-force. Employing 2 people to do the work of 1 runs up the companies cost and is passed on to we consumers.

Car dealers change employees at a rate comparable to most people mowing their lawn in the summer. The only people certain to benefit from this action are the ones submitting billable hours for professional opinions.

Yes, the race card is played too often, but just look at this post to see if it is truly without merit.

Out of four posts, two SEEM racist. "picking cotton" and "have their pants up on their waist" are comments that do not exactly speak to tolerance and racial sensitivity.

That being said, there are plenty of white kids that should be pulling their pants up too.

While I have no idea what motivated the terminations, being in a right-to-work-states does not make it legal to discriminate based on race, creed, sexual orientation, etc.

Great response. I made the same observation as well... The court obviously feel that there is enough merit in the complaint to proceed with the lawsuit.

well said, everyone has a right to pursue their claims in court regardless of motivation. The fact the case is being heard only says there is a possibility the charges are valid. Hopefully the truth will come out there and justice will be served or the case dismissed.

All these gender and racial lawsuits do is to solidify the image most employers have of female or black emploees. Unless and until women and blacks can learn to stand on their own without leaning on the court system for a leg up, discrimination will only intensify. Now many who may have thought of hniring a black car salesman or manager, will look and say "Ooops, I don't want to go down that route" and the position will suddenly be already filled.

I have never worked there....but the employees I dealt with during a repair were all very accomodating. It looked like a good place to work.

With that being said, anybody that has ever dealt with the EEOC knows they are ridiculously idiotic and know nothing about business or business practices. They are attorneys that are useless to society.

typical. they are unqualified to do the job to begin with but are given the opportunity anyway. then after the company finds out they can barely read they have to let them go. then they sue. it never ends.
