Baez, defense team, and the Anthonys are constantly making alot of noise with their mouths..you actually don't hear a peep from the prosecution team. Baez is the one who is constantly filing motions and complaints that I imagine Judge Strickland and Judge Rodgriguez are so sick of Baez and the Anthonys like we are! The more Baez whines like a big fat baby instead of being an adult...he is becoming more inept and very incompetent in handling this murder case! Why does he have to tie himself on the apron strings of Linda K. Baden when making decisions. I am so sick of Baez, Linda K. Baden, and the rest of the defense team and that includes Todd Macaluso!

"In fact, few would disagree that Ms. Anthony's case may be the most publicized coverage of a criminal case in the history of our state," the motion said.

I guess Bozo forgot about Ted Bundy, so I would have to disagree.

What about Tallahassee, Panama City, or Pensacola. It is way further from Orlando than Miami. I think that Baez is trying to find someplace where he can get better jurors. Miami is an even bigger area than Orlando, with more news stations. I would think just as many people there are aware of the case. I think the panhandle is more rural and both sides would get a much more fair trial. Of course, as we all know, Baez isn't interested in getting a fair trial, he wants to get people that can't find her guilty in light of all the evidence. Unfortunately, he will never find anyone that will have any doubt.

Ha! I don't beleive for one moment he is thinking of his client. It seems every blessed time there is opposition to him, he rears his ygly head and files motions or gets on the media or both. It's his pattern. If he thinks for one moment the people in Miami have not heard this, he is sadly in a world of his own. Yep. Oh poor me, can't get my client a fair trial and my name has been ruined in Orlando, want to move down to Miami where they are more fair, perhaps he thinks the cameras will go away now, guess again! People in Miami are just as smart as anywhere else, they know ruthless and stupid when they see it.

If they move the murder case to Miami, the taxpayers will shoulder more heavy financial burdens. We've already spent millions of dollars on this case as of last year. I pray that Judge Strickland will realize the truth of the matter and refuses anymore extra financial burdens on the taxpayers of Florida. Florida has a very high unemployment rate, high foreclosures, and increased crime rates. I live in Orlando and I refuse to shell out anymore money for these dingdongs! Baez, the Anthonys, and the defense team must think we are a bank who constantly can shell out big money at their beck and call.

On Nancy Grace Show about a couple of weeks ago, there was a lady judge on the panel and she was quoted saying that Casey did an excellent job of hiring three stooges to handle her case!

I think Mr. Baez is looking for a change of venue to a prodominately hispanic community where he will recieve more sympathy then Casey. Move it to the panhandle.

It really doesn't matter where the trial will be, Casey is guilty and the jury who is picked can and will be impartial. The damning evidence is that a young mother without a concience, admitted her daughter was missing and chose to party instead of doing the morally right thing. Let alone doing the right thing as a parent, friend, counsin, etc. Also, two dogs hit on decay in the trunk and backyard. Hair found in the trunk is Caylee's. The lies she and her family weave will not prevent her from getting the death penalty. She does not have late breaking news, that is what the defense would like everyone to believe, yet, if there was, her idiot for an attorney would have used this to get his client out of jail. RIP Caylee.

Move it where ever you wish - guilty is guilty no matter the location of the trial! There is not a venue anywhere in this country that has not heard about this case.

If she is to be tried by a jury of HER PEERS, not bias's hispanic peers, her trial should be in Orange county or if it has to be moved, it should be moved to the panhandle, NOT miami/dade or broward counties.

Hey Bozo, move the trial to Mar's and your client is still going to prison for a very very long time! She murdered her daughter, have you no morals at all? When the public see's you, all we see is $ sign's.

He is doing his job. It does seem though, like he is trying to somewhat mirror the OJ Simpson trial.

However, OJ Simpson was famous long before his trial. Famous for his athletic stardom for many, many years.

Inmate Anthony is famous for being exactly that. An inmate accused of killing her adorable little girl.

I don't care what race you are from, this is a very hard pill for anybody to swallow.

Judge Strickland is far from stupid. If he grants this motion, it is because of an ability to see the big picture, that we, who are not legal beagles may see.

Don't forget, this is the same Judge who said "I'm not going to sleep tonight", after he heard the testimony of the cadaver dog deputy.

He knows the full score to be certain. And I don't think he wants any avenue to be left open for her to get off on a technicality. What reserve he has shown!!
