A global poll in and about several countries, conducted for the BBC long before the latest strife in Gaza, reported that negative views of Israel’s influence in the world outweighed positive ones by more than two to one.

That poll only confirms that Anti-Semitism is on the rise Globally.
Not that its views are accurate, correct or morally right.
Hitler and Stalin created a Holocaust and Mass Murder floating this type of hate propaganda.
Israel has to do what is right for Her. And I doubt they give a flying fig about some poll or how The World perceives them in their fight for preservation of their Nation, their People.

Would you want Congressional Democrats to be at the beck and call of a Republican president who simply caved to his every whim without being allowed to represent your interests for which you elected them?
And would you feel that Republican president was your president or the president of all the people if he began demonizing you and your representatives for not following in lockstep with his ideology and personal vision even when every Democrat was against it?
No, you wouldn't. And you shouldn't.
WELL, YOU IN LUCK THEN, CRACKER, CAUSE THAT EXACTLY WHAT YOU GON' GET FROM NOW ON... IT GOOD TO WANT WHAT YOU GOT...

That's about the only thing that the Republicans are good and consistent at is being on the wrong side of everything that the people want.

Answer the question. Because that's what's going on. It's just a Democrat president doing it.

Pay attention: We are discussing the current VA scandal. This started when Shinseki paid VA directors bonuses for clearing up back-logs. The directors did not clear up the back-log but lied and hid records.
So, NO this is not something that occurred in the past admin.
LOL. So, what you are saying is you have decided to ignore the whole picture. Got it.

FACT: The VA introduced electronic waiting lists in 2002 to keep tabs on patients who couldn’t be seen within a month. Managers who slashed wait times have been given bonuses and other perks ever 2004 when Bush shifted federal civilian employee salary pay raises from across-the-board uniform raises towards a merit-based pay system.

"The President’s pay proposal provides sufficient pay not only to recruit and retain needed workers, but also to reward the government’s highest performing employees. The Administration is implementing better agency performance appraisal systems that will be able to distinguish superior performance. Such systems will enable agencies to reward employees with funds from the Human Capital Performance Fund. These incentives will produce improved performance and results for the American people....Federal workers should be rewarded with a pay policy that most effectively recruits, retains, and rewards quality employees."

Hmmm, let me see, who is creating the gridlock.
I don't know, but maybe its the party that used the filibuster more times in the two years the Democrats had control of both Houses of Congress, than the total number of times it has been used in the 200+ years in the history of the United States?
Maybe its the party that requires a 60 vote count to pass anything in the senate?
Maybe its the party that has blocked more Gov't and Judicial nominations than any other President in past history ?

No, you wouldn't. And you shouldn't.
to quote a recent president
"You are either with us or against us"
some keynote republican quotes
While young Americans are dying in the sands of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan, our nation is being torn apart and made weaker because of the Democrats' manic obsession to bring down our commander in chief.
Motivated more by partisan politics than by national security, today's Democratic leaders see America as an occupier, not a liberator.
In [Democratic leaders'] warped way of thinking, America is the problem, not the solution. They don't believe there is any real danger in the world except that which America brings upon itself.
How about a former VP commenting on the current president, which is something I haven't seen done in recent history
As the terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) threaten Baghdad, thousands of slaughtered Iraqis in their wake, it is worth recalling a few of President Obama’s past statements about ISIS and al Qaeda.“If a J.V. team puts on Lakers’ uniforms that doesn’t make them Kobe Bryant”(January 2014).“[C]ore al Qaeda is on its heels, has been decimated”(August 2013).“So, let there be no doubt: The tide of war is receding”(September 2011).
Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many. Too many times to count, Mr. Obama has told us he is “ending” the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan—as though wishing made it so.

Former VP quotes on the current President
On a trip to the Middle East this spring, we heard a constant refrain in capitals from the Persian Gulf to Israel,“Can you please explain what your president is doing?”“Why is he walking away?”“Why is he so blithely sacrificing the hard fought gains you secured in Iraq?”“Why is he abandoning your friends?”“Why is he doing deals with your enemies?”
Our president doesn’t seem to (care). Iraq is at risk of falling to a radical Islamic terror group and Mr. Obama is talking climate change. Terrorists take control of more territory and resources than ever before in history, and he goes golfing.
5In the face of this threat, Mr. Obama is busy ushering America’s adversaries into positions of power in the Middle East. First it was the Russians in Syria. Now, in a move that defies credulity, he toys with the idea of ushering Iran into Iraq. Only a fool would believe American policy in Iraq should be ceded to Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terror.
Despite clear evidence of the dire need for American leadership around the world, the desperation of our allies and the glee of our enemies, President Obama seems determined to leave office ensuring he has taken America down a notch. Indeed, the speed of the terrorists’ takeover of territory in Iraq has been matched only by the speed of American decline on his watch.
The president explained his view in his Sept. 23, 2009, speech before the United Nations General Assembly.“Any world order,” he said,“that elevates one nation above others cannot long survive.” Tragically, he is quickly proving the opposite—through one dangerous policy after another—that without American pre-eminence, there can be no world order.

Hmm,speaking of demonizing..........no body does it better than republicans and fox news

geesh, do you really think those Hamas missile pose a threat to the existance of Israel. Man are you high. Israel is the most powerful nation in the Middle East. They are the only ones with Nukes, over 500 of them. They have the best equipped army, the best economy, its 50th in the world
(Which makes me wonder, why are we footing the bill for Iron Dome missiles. We have a big enough deficit and debt, which you republicans are always crying about (at least when the Democrats have control of the oval office, however its carte blanche when the GOP does))

Let the Israelis pay for their damn own defense. We are already giving them $750/year per israeli in aid.

Tell me why is it when someone critizes Israel, the anti-semite card comes out. Funny that should be coming out from the group that cries about using the race card when racial discrimination is talked about here.

You idiots make it sound like Hamas is an actual threat to Israel, nothing could be more overblown and further from the truth.

Both sides have commited war crimes and crimes against humanity. Israel is no saint, actually they are far from it. Israel is no friend to the U.S. and will throw us under the bus without having a second thought. Just think Jonathan Jay Pollard , our most sensitive SSBN secrets sold to the Russians by Israel, the USS Liberty and 241 American Marines.

and that's not mentioning all the industrial secrets they've stolen from us.
