Science itself is schizophrenic on this issue. While they don't deny Man's Carbon Footprint is heating up the The Earth, The Earth has been going through these cyclical weather changes, patterns as far back as Climatologists can measure.

PS And We The People could never make as significant a Carbon Foot Print as The Scientific-Government with all the High Tech Programs they're running. Yet we've got the Government preaching to us what kind of light bulb we can use. While they're lightin' up the ionosphere in Alaska creating a man made Borealis with HAARP. And a vortex in the sky between Juno and Anchorage where planes just disappear. People thought when China "mentioned" weather wars that it was crazy, far fetched ... Well, I don't think HAARP is monitoring weather. People who live in that area are effected when HAARP is running.
By the oppressive noise and feeling the power of the waves being generated within their bodies. But, Government would rather waste time talking about light bulbs and windmills.

in MN we finished our largest highway project to date with those funds...a project we had to do anyways....we also used it for several bridge repairs we had to do anyways (we're kind of touchy about that after our I-35 bridge disaster).... those projects created thousands of jobs and those guys and gals spent that money throughout our economy, which is one reason our states economy is far better than the national average...
you should pay attention. you wouldn't be such an embarrassment of a human...
as you should know, the I-35 bridge collapse was not caused by lack of maintenance, but by a design flaw compounded by overloading, specifically overloading with construction materials being used for maintenance.....

Wow leo-this is really going to make you look more ignorant than you already do:
What are some of the natural treatments that the Pentagon refuses to consider?

Dr. Paul G. Harch, former ANH-USA board member and the foremost expert on hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for brain injury, has published evidence that HBOT is able to dramatically help veterans with post-concussion syndrome and PTSD.

Dr. Harch’s research caught the attention of First Lady Michelle Obama, who called on Dr. Harch to help innovate new treatment protocols for veterans. Unfortunately, the Pentagon and FDA have refused to give HBOT a full and fair review.

Other natural treatments cannot necessarily cure brain injury but can help:

Osteopathic cranial adjustments done by DOs skilled in this increasingly hard-to-find art;
Specialized chiropractic adjustments;
Critical brain nutrients such as phospholipids and omega-3s;
Melatonin supplementation to minimize brain swelling and dysfunction after TBI. When used proactively, melatonin supplementation can also protect against age-induced susceptibility to brain injury.
Ginger extract to “significantly” enhance working memory, increase brain function, and shrink the area of damaged brain tissue.
Coconut oil and other supplements known to combat Alzheimer’s disease for the reversal of TBI-related memory loss.
Arnica, a remarkably effective homeopathic treatment, to be taken as soon after injury as feasible.

When will the Pentagon stop marching to the beat of the drug industry and their allies in the FDA and instead do what it takes to help our damaged soldiers?

These were the treatments I have after experiencing the traumatic brain injury that you have dogged me about--and yet that ignorant Moochie O'bama wanted to help the soldiers with the very same things I did to recover completely.
The first one: Osteopathic cranial adjustments is the one you make fun of.

did your two second google search tell you that?

in fact, the bridge deck had been expanded a couple times to add to the load of the design flaw..and the maintenance should have noticed the failed gusset plate. it did not.

the weight of the construction materials on the bridge were not in excess of what a normal ruch hour load of semis would have put on the bridge. people just liked to use them as a scapegoat...

A trade or education for criminals would help them when released back into Society.
( depending of the offense/crime - some cannot be rehabilitated ).
But, there are people who are poor who cannot afford College, who need an Education or Trade to excel in The World just as much as criminals.

Why not help them ...? First ...

And, as a taxpayer, I wouldn't want to pay a penny if it went toward a criminal who brought crime against Me and Mine ... Would you? Kind of adds insult to injury, don't you think.

Until Students pay off their Student Loans, < takes years after The Master's level > they'll won't be earning their worth or value of their Education.

The dole? We already have the working poor, receiving some part of "the dole".
Food Stamps, Housing etc.
We should be concerned about spending Our Tax Dollars on Our Wounded Warriors-Vets. We have to pick and choose who/where on what we are going to spend Our Tax $s On.

Better to not educate criminals THEN release them back onto the dole.
