It looks to me that the assumption behind the PATRIOT Act was that Republicans would remain in power in perpetuity, that they never considered there would come a time when it would enable the opposition.

FUNNY OBAMA cOULDNT CLOSE GITMO BUT AS SOON AS HE NEEDED AL QUIDA THEY KEPT ESCAPING thats one I thought he had them on the run he decimated their leadership sorry the reselection is over he funds AL QUIDA but they are were thr enemy or do they REALLY WORK WITH OR FOR the GLOBALISTS and when they need to get a government in line they are lt out Washington proclaimed that a “threat” was discovered that al Qaeda–an organization that Washington is using in Washington’s effort to overthrow the Assad government in Syria and one that is enriched by US military contracts to affiliated groups in Afghanistan–was going to blow up US embassies in the Middle East and North Africa. Washington did not explain why al Qaeda, a recipient of Washington’s largess, was going to turn off the money spigot by attacking US embassies.

I am surprised that bombs haven’t been set off in the embassies in order to prove the value of the National Stasi Agency’s spying, thereby shaming those in Congress and among the puppet states in Europe who object to the spying.

Once you give a moment’s thought to Washington’s claim, you see that Washington is proving its impotence by hyping such non-existent threats. Officially, the US has been at war with al Qaeda since October 7, 2001. The “superpower” has been battling a few thousand lightly armed al Qaeda for almost 12 years, and what is the result?

Despite Washington’s claims to have killed al Qaeda’s top leaders, including Osama bin Laden himself, Washington has lost the war. Al Qaeda has grown so powerful that it not only fights in Syria, with Washington’s help, against Assad, but also has prevented the US military from occupying Afghanistan. Moreover, in addition to al Qaeda’s military success against the “superpower” and the chaos that al Qaeda continues to produce in Iraq, al Qaeda now is so powerful that it can shut down US embassies all across the Middle East and North Africa. The “threat” which was supposed to boost the NSA’s position actually proves Washington’s powerlessness.

We an only pray that soon al Qaeda shuts down Washington itself. Imagine the sense of American liberation if Washington simply was shut down, or even better if Washington could be put under Punjab’s magic blanket and disappeared. For the 99 percent, and the rest of the world, Washington is nothing but an oppressor.

The only way to deal with feral chimps like that is to use the George Zimmerman method. The more violent thugs out of the gene pool, the merrier.....
But the victim is only 13. Can't expect CCW for him.

And the Bus Driver was black, too, so I wouldn't expect any guts on his part either.

Its not that we are to support collateral damage from wars. This has always been the price of war. Innocents pay the price of the martyred.
Universal solider responds to commands. They are from all ideologies and mythologies; At times, they are of the same ideologies and mythologies. Without them war would cease. War is never won. Survivors remain to gather up the destruction; Preparing for the next call for the Universal Solider.
If one was to truly not support the martyring of the innocent, then they would refuse the call to their universal soldiers’ duties. Which only a few do and they are condemn by their culture.
Maturity of the worlds population have constantly emphasized their lack of intelligent leadership to peace. Until that day the Universal Solider will stand at the ready and collateral damage will take its toll.
What "war"?

The "war" on drugs?

The "war" on poverty?

The "war" on terror? That one?

Any time the government tells you they are at "war" and the word "with" and the name of a country doesn't accompany it, its just a mechanism by which the government can expand its authority and abuse of that authority. Oh yeah, not only will our civil rights come under attack, its gonna hit us hard in the wallet to boot.

GOP Rep. Takes Heat For Voting Against Obamacare At North Carolina Town Hall

Republican Congressman Patrick McHenry got an earful from a constituent Wednesday about repeatedly voting against Obamacare at a town hall in Asheville, North Carolina.

Skip Edwards, 63, got up in a packed school auditorium and told McHenry about his financial difficulties in obtaining health insurance after losing his job during the recession. Both Edwards and his wife were previously denied insurance due to pre-existing conditions, the Asheville Citizen-Times reports.

“It cost us $1,300 bucks a month — extremely expensive,” Edwards said, as quoted by the Citizen-Times.“It taps us out every month. But at our age and health, we’ve got to have it."

...Edwards and others wondered why McHenry would vote against a plan they feel is better than nothing at all. He said he would not vote for something he feels is bad policy.

McHenry also told Edwards he thought the high-risk pool he qualified for should be enhanced, adding “That is more of a solution than I think that Obamacare will be,” as many in the crowd groaned....

This administration has put us on notice: a "high level" un-elected bureaucrat can order Realtime's execution no matter where in the world Realtime is based on that bureaucrat's threat assessment of Realtime with no oversight or judicial review.
Really???
Y'all are defending this?
I'm not ya'll and I'm not defending the government-intel-military progression from the days of Kermit Roosevelt to the days of Billy Waugh to the current and less complicated days of CIA and military drones.

I'm not defending the likes of Allen Dulles, J. Edgar Hoover, or those spawned during that era of international lawlessness.

Whether you like it or not, the Obama administration has shifted the long running burden of the middle East back to middle Eastern nations. We're not going to war under the brown guy but are going to watch the middle East get on board for the future or die on the fkn vine as the Islamic world already has, several times.

The US military drones don't target children__lying is a way of life in the Islamic world.

Following the release of a phone recording in which Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's (R-KY) campaign manager sounded unethused to be working in his current position, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) said Thursday it's further proof of the incumbent's dismal standing.

“Mitch McConnell is so unpopular in Kentucky that even his own campaign manager can’t stand him," DSCC spokesman Justin Barasky told TPM over the phone. "Unfortuantely for McConnell, polls show that people of Kentucky won’t be holding their noses in 2014.”

Barasky was referring to comments made by McConnell campaign manager Jesse Benton, who told a conservative activist in January that he took the job on the GOP leader's re-election campaign to help the presidential prospects of his old boss, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

"Between you an me, I'm sorta holding my nose for two years," Benton said in the recording, "'cause what we're doing here is gonna be a big benefit to Rand in '16."
