Maybe even four tiers.
First tier is cash.
Second tier is traditional insurance.
Third tier is ObamaKKKare exchanges.
Fourth tier is pure welfare.
Well, it IS a reduction in tiers.

No, the cash will still buy quality treatment here, unlike the exchanges.
If you can afford cash, you can afford insurance.

Chernobyl is irrelevant becuase the Soviets had no regard for human life and built the reactor without a containment vessel.
Fukushima was caused by operator error, as was TMI. The safety systems worked.
Operator error? Fukushima?

Huh?

Hopefully, the truth will at least get a fighting chance to be known in the Congressional hearings tomorrow and enough evidence will be presented to put this president back in the hot seat where he belongs.
He set the tone for the IRS thinking it was okay to punish their mutual enemies.
He had to have known this was going on if he didn't actually give them the directive.
If Obama's name were Nixon, the liberal media would have had his head on a platter already.
Time to act like we still have some sanity despite the liberal medial and their propaganda of silence.
I'm sure you'll be afforded your selected snippets to make your point like the last time.

If not, I'm sure you'll be able to string a series of spoken words to make your case.

The preening poseur, liar and affirmative action failure Oblama has done exaCTLY ZERO, SQUAT, ZILCH, NADA, nothing to stop the destruction of the black family, started 40 years ago by midguided, stupid liberals and race hustlers, in fact he's made it worse, as he has made race relations even worse, evidenced by the increase in black on white violence and hate crimes.
By now you should know that your lies can be easily exposed by a quick click of the computer. The last report issued by the FBI was for 2011.
"The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released its 2011 data on reported hate crimes. They have fallen to the lowest level since 1994." As the FBI reports:
Fifty-nine percent of offenders were white. 20.9 percent were black.

I didn't say anything about blacks rioting. I said "protesting". The fact that you don't know the difference is just another example of why decent blacks have chosen to make their voices heard through peaceful protests.

According to author and Fox News contributor Deneen Borelli and her husband, Tom Borelli, black conservatives have been blacklisted from the NAACP's national conferences for years. When the Borellis, who are employees of the conservative group FreedomWorks, attempted to pay for booth space at this year's 104th National NAACP conference in Florida, they were told there was no room for them despite plenty of exhibit space remaining open.

The NAACP website states that the mission of the organization is to, "ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination." The objectives of the NAACP include ensuring "the political, educational, social, and economic equality of all citizens," and removing "all barriers of racial discrimination through democratic processes."

Mrs. Borelli has been an outspoken critic of the Obama administration and the Democratic Party. In March her book, Blacklash: How Obama and the Left Are Driving Americans to the Government Plantation, came out in paperback.

Segregation
-
Democrats enacted the discriminatory Black Codes and Jim Crow laws
Democrats fought to prevent the passage of every piece of
civil rights legislation from the 1860’s to the 1960's.
Democrats wanted to keep blacks in virtual slavery and deny
blacks the promised “40 acres and a mule”.
After they took control of Congress in 1892, Democrats passed
the Repeal Act of 1894 that overturned civil rights legislation
passed by the Republicans, including the Civil Rights Acts of
1866 and 1875. It took Republicans nearly six decades to
finally ac
hieve passage of civil rights legislation in the 1950’s
and 1960’s.
It defies logic for Democrats today to claim that the racist Democrats suddenly
joined the Republican Party after Republicans finally won the civil rights battle
against the racist Democ
rats. In fact, the racist Democrats declared that they would
rather vote for a “yellow dog” than vote for a Republican, because
the Republican
Party was known as the party for blacks.

The
Modern Civil Rights Era
–
Democrats fought against civil
rights in the 1950’s and 1960’s
Democrat Public Safety Commissioner
Eugene “Bull” Connor in Birmingham
let loose vicious dogs and turned skin
-
burning fire hoses on black civil rights
demonstrators.
Democrat Georgia Governor Lester Maddox
famously brandished ax handles to prevent
blacks from patronizing his restaurant. In
1954, Democrat Arkansas Governor Orville
Faubus tried to prevent desegregation of a
Little Rock public school.
Democrat Alabama G
overnor George
Wallace stood in front of the Alabama
schoolhouse in 1963 and thundered,
"Segregation now, segregation
tomorrow, segregation forever."
All of these racist Democrats remained Democrats
until the day they died

Democrat Senator Robert
Byrd was a former “Exalted
Cyclops” and “Keagle”(Recruiter) in the Ku Klux Klan
Byrd remained a Democrat until he died in 2010. He was a prominent leader in
the Democrat
-
controlled Congress
where he was honored by his fellow Democrats
as the “conscience
of the Senate
.” Byrd was a fierce opponent of
desegregating the military and complained in one letter:“I would rather die
a thousand times and see old glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again than see this beloved land of
ours become degraded by
race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen of the wilds.”
The relentless disparagement of Dr. King by Democrats led to his being physically assaulted and
ultimately to his tragic death. In March of 1968, while referring to Dr. King's leaving Memp
his,
Tennessee after riots broke out where a teenager was killed, Byrd called Dr. King a "trouble
-
maker"
who starts trouble, but runs like a coward after trouble is ignited. A few weeks later, Dr. King returned
to Memphis and was assassinated on April 4,
1968.
