Hey pal, you're the one that's dazed and confused. Whatever reason your scatterbrain settles on is really of no consequence, Obama is undoing all the good work Bush accomplished. He methodically sours relationships with our allies and arms our enemies. It's his way of 'leveling' the playing field, of whittling our "arrogance" down to size. When he said he would share the wealth, no one thought he meant share it with our enemies, but that's exactly what he's doing. Of course, it could just be a rogue agent in the State Dept.

Yes, we agree. Obama is undoing Bush's recession, housing collapse, quagmire wars & near financial meltdown.

Susan Rice to be appointed national security adviser
By Chuck Todd, Chief White House Correspondent, NBC News 6/5/2013
Susan Rice will replace Tom Donilon as national security adviser, the White House is expected to announce Wednesday.
Rice, currently the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, will be formally introduced in her new role by President Barack Obama at 2 p.m. ET. A White House official says Samantha Power, a former special assistant to the president on the National Security Council, will be nominated to replace Susan Rice as the U.N. ambassador.
Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United States, will be nominated to become the new national security adviser.
The changes are a significant reshuffle of the White House foreign policy team.
Rice has been at the center of a storm over the early accounts of the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which later proved to be incorrect.
Sudan Rice-the gift that keeps on lying from the O'bama administration-started lying way back with Clinton and has never stopped.

If you f*cking morons would quit blaming Obama for the recession & its effects, I wouldn't have to remind you who was driving that bus when it crashed.
Its just that simple.
A Democrat Congress was driving the bus two years before and two years after the crash.

They also hogged sitting in the driver's seat of the subprime housing mortgage crisis which caused the crash.

If you're bent on placing blame somewhere.

You're the one who needs constant reminding.

While some national Republicans are annoyed with Mr. Christie’s decision, they may not be privy to all the information he had about which Republican candidates might have been interested in Mr. Lautenberg’s seat. It’s plausible that Mr. Christie could have helped a reasonably good G.O.P. nominee to a narrow victory. But if none were interested in the race, it may have been a lost cause.
It may be reasonable to infer, then, that Mr. Christie evaluated the Republican field and did not like what he saw — and that Mr. Booker is poised to win the Senate seat with relative ease.

The starting point for Obama is as follows:
1) losing 750,000 jobs a month & growing trend
2) An economy Shrinking at over 6%
3) Two quagmire wars
4) A housing collapse
5) A near financial meltdown.
These things created
1) fast rising unemployment
2) More people on Food Stamps
3) Fewer people paying federal income taxes
4) Lower average incomes
5) Trillion dollar deficits
Employment/incomes are lagging indicators & take longer to recover. Average incomes have improved since they bottomed out. Unemployment rate is has improved since Obama stopped the job losses & it peaked. Deficits have been shrinking since they peaked in 2009,2010.
After the original stimulus dwindled down, we needed more action as many economists agree. Several of Obama's stimulus actions since Jan of 2011 have been stymied by Republicans in the House & Senate.

<quoted text>When you republicans give President Obama credit for his successes and stop pretending that he hasn't done anything to improve the economy , ending our wars, or advance the civil rights of Americans.
First off I'm not a Republican. Actually I was a registered Democrat until my last license renewal this year.
Second that is a very childish response and not true anyway.
Third.....WHAT advancement for the civil rights of American's???
Fourth....the only improvement to anyone's economy is that of for the rich and those in the stock market. Which is usually not a lot of middle class except those lucky enough to have a retirement plan through work that depends on the stock market. As for the middle class...our incomes have gone down. As for the poor, they are still poor but now they pay higher prices for gas and groceries.
Fifth....end the wars my ass! He is pissing more people off with his sending drones over to kill citizens of other countries without declaring war on the country or working with the country to capture those wanted by the US. By killing our enemies instead of capturing them all he is doing is keeping from having to put them in Gitmo because he has figured out ZERO to do with Gitmo detainees....and he has FAILED to keep his promise of closing it. So he has to avoid anything to do with Gitmo, and he sure hasn't figured out that getting Bin Laden was because of INFORMATION we got from those captured prior to his presidency. Of course now getting anyone to work with us will be next to impossible since he betrayed and walked away from our responsibility to the doctor that made it possible to even get Bin Laden. He declared war on Pakistan without Congress approval at even Bush got that first! Obama also has been too ill advised by those that have his ear to get that if we send drones over there.....they will be sending them back in the future, especially since they have one to learn the technology needed to build them. So yeah, thanks for that one!
Bottom line your response was childish and dishonest at best. Liberals hold Obama responsible for everything they think is good and blame Bush for everything that is bad and that is not likely to change at all. You haven't held him responsible for his administration or what has happened on his watch after one full term is over and we are now working on the second term, so it's pretty clear you never will.

<quoted text> Under Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Chicago's violent murder rate has dropped 38% in just one year."CHICAGO (AP)— Almost exactly a year after Chicago's surging homicide rate caught the nation's attention, Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy rolled out statistics Monday that showed a dramatic drop in the number of killings. At the same time, they tried to allay safety concerns in the wake of a weekend fight involving more than a dozen young people on the Magnificent Mile.
Emanuel and McCarthy — appearing together at a news conference and then in separate interviews with The Associated Press — suggested that an array of police initiatives have helped reduce the number of homicides from 120 for the first three months of 2012 to 70 for the first three months of this year." Check this out: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/201...
this is great news! Is Emanuel achieving this by having a curfew on roving Amish teenagers and old white ladies? or by increasing police presence and using effective tactics similar to what Guiliani did for NYC?

"This is a good sign," Emanuel said in a telephone interview, pointing to statistics that show this first quarter tied the same time period of 2009 for the fewest homicides in more than a half-century. "We are clearly having an impact on the homicides."

McCarthy agreed, saying statistics that show a 28 percent drop in the number of homicides in the past six months is more encouraging.

"I feel good about the direction we are going in," he said. "The fact that now we've got a 6-month trend, that's significant."

It is also welcome news for a city that has been mired in gang violence and witness to a number of recent high-profile slayings, including a 15-year-honor student who was gunned down about a mile from President Barack Obama's South Side home in January and a 6-month-old girl who was shot to death last month.

Emanuel and McCarthy also fielded questions about weekend troubles in downtown Chicago, when a group of young women attacked another woman on a train and several young people – in full view of shoppers and tourists – jostled passers-by and fought each other on Michigan Avenue. More than two-dozen young people were arrested.

Emanuel said police have increased their presence there, particularly at night and on the weekends, and that he did not believe what happened over the weekend would affect tourism (JANE'S NOTE: ITS PROBABLY STILL BARELY SAFER THAN MEXICO CITY OR NEWARK OR DETROIT).

"We have a big (police) presence on Michigan Avenue and the moment something happened the police were on it and people got arrested," the mayor told the AP.

Emanuel also voiced his continued support for a police initiative, launched in February after the deadliest January in more than a decade, that has put hundreds of officers, working overtime, on the streets.

In the month it started, there were 14 homicides, the lowest monthly total since 12 in January 1957. March's total was 16, less than a third of the 52 homicides committed in March 2012.

"This is my priority" the mayor said of what is called strategic overtime, which costs the city millions of dollars every month. "It's a priority for the city ... and we are going to make sure we have the resources to achieve the objective."

Really Carol? When did he say that?. The President picked up the search for Bin Laden that the previous administration largely abandoned. And yes it was a hard decision to send troops in to get him rather than a drone strike. As a result we were able to verify that we got him and got documents and flash drives filled with information on Al Qaeda that will prove invaluable in the fight against them.
The President picked up nothing. The wheels had long since been in motion when Obama was still voting present in the Illinois Senate and creating scandals for his opponents so he could win unopposed twice in a row - with only with a slight majority.

In a speech in Miami in October 2012: "Today, al-Qaeda is on the run and Osama bin Laden is dead.”

He clearly wanted you to believe terrorism was on the run just so you would vote for him again.

Bin Laden would have been found and killed if Romney were in the WH instead. The long years of hard work paid off.

But only Obama would take the credit in his famous campaign slogan: GM is alive, bin Laden is dead!"

He gave the go ahead which any president would have done. And al-Qaeda is anything but on the run.

You're just one of his many faithful tools.

This is what I love about you right whiners.
First" "WMDs WMDs". There were no WMDs
Then "Sadam was helping Al Qaeda". Sadam hated Al Qaeda & there were no ties.
"regime change" but that did not require invasion.
Then it was to spread democracy. Lots of countries don't have democracies so why Iraq?
Biut God Damn it, Obama didn't jump up & down & declare Benghazi a terrorist attack within 5 minutes.
This is how pathetic you & your ilk are.
Look numbnuts, I posted Bush's speech at the Joint Session of Congress after 9/11. The fact that you didn't read it or worse can't understand what you read is not my problem.
