No wonder the press thinks Obama is lying. Obama used this same defense that he did not the IRS was targeting his enemies until it came out in the paper.
Only the far left Progressives find this even close to being honest.
" The IRS scandal sounds terrible until you find out that the so-called “targeting” of conservative groups happened under a Bush appointee and ended up yielding more time spend investigation left-leaning groups than Republican ones.

The right-wing media is playing up that the administration knew about the investigation during last year’s election and never brought it up. Well, so did the leader of the GOP’s never-ending Obama witch hunt, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA)." Check this out: http://www.nationalmemo.com/lol-of-the-week-r...

Oh sure thing, that's why the entire Boston PD couldn't shoot one little Russian hiding in a boat.

But look what a another 2 year old can do:

A 2-year-old boy in North Carolina is expected to survive after shooting himself with his father’s gun over the weekend.

Randolph County deputies said that the toddler found the handgun in his parents’ room at their home just outside Asheboro around 2 p.m. on Saturday. The boy put the gun in his mouth and fired it.

According to WGHP, the boy was listed in critical condition Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem on Sunday, but was expected to live.

A neighbor told the station that “the good Lord was looking after him.”

The sheriff’s and district attorney’s offices were considering whether to charge the parents with leaving the firearm unattended.

Ryan:‘I Don’t Know’ If There Was A Cover-Up On Benghazi
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) told "Fox News Sunday" he's unsure if the White House purposely misled Americans on the Benghazi attack last fall in order to win the election.
"I don't know the answer to that question," Ryan said. "Rather [than] make a conclusion before an investigation has been completed, we just need to investigate this, for the sake of good government."
As the Huffington Post notes, that's a reversal for Ryan, who just last week said he has "no doubt" a White House cover-up took place. Since then the White House made public over 100 pages of internal emails aimed at debunking the claim that they sought to mislead the public.

Hey Sonic did you watch this: O'bama spokes idiot says the law is irrelevant: The IRS scandal was one of the topics White House Senior Adviser Dan Pfeiffer discussed with George Stephanopoulos on This Week. While Pfeiffer agreed the IRS’ actions were “inexcusable,” he told the ABC host that the, in this case, the legality of the issue is “irrelevant.”

Stephanopoulos prefaced his question by noting the discussion about legality from Friday’s congressional hearing, during which outgoing IRS commissioner Steven Miller testified.

“I can’t speak to the law here. The law is irrelevant,” Pfeiffer responded.“The activity was outrageous and inexcusable, and it was stopped and it needs to be fixed so we ensure it never happens again.”

“You don’t really mean the law is irrelevant, do you?” Stephanopoulos followed up.

“What I mean is, whether it’s legal or illegal is not important to the fact that the conduct doesn’t matter,” Pfeiffer said.“The Department of Justice has said they’re looking into the legality of this. The president is not going to wait for that. We have to make sure it doesn’t happen again, regardless of how that turns out.”

Fox News Got Played On Benghazi By Its "Power Players Of The Week"

Fox News Sunday selected Victoria Toensing and Joseph diGenova, attorneys who represented witnesses at a Republican-led hearing on the attacks at a U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya, for its "power players of the week," an unfortunate choice given that both individuals misled Fox News and its viewers about allegations of threats and intimidation against their clients and about efforts by the administration to prevent their clients from testifying.

....testimony by the witnesses at a GOP-led hearing on May 8 and subsequent interviews of their attorneys on Fox News revealed that Toensing and diGenova misled the network by claiming that their clients had suffered threats, intimidation, and orders to keep quiet. When asked on Fox's Your World on May 9 about claims that Thompson had been threatened, diGenova replied that Thompson "actually hasn't said that," and explained that his client "didn't feel intimidated."

Gregory Hicks, another witness at the hearing -- represented by Toensing -- explained under questioning that he had not been told not to speak to congressional investigators, only that he was required to have a State Department attorney present while doing so. Hicks also explained that, in contrast to claims that the administration tried to silence him, he was interviewed twice by the State Department's independent Accountability Review Board that was created to investigate the Benghazi attacks. Hicks' testimony further contradicted Toensing's April 29 claim to Special Report that careers were being threatened when he explained that "the overriding factor" in his determination to not return to his post in Libya was to remain with his family in the United States.

Sorry to inform you but, this is not a republic! We elect govt officials through democratic process & it's a 2 party system meaning, "a democrat president represents the democratic party &, vice versa!" In thus country, we go by dominate majority. The dominate majority chose Barack Hussein Obama, a democrat to lead this country though democratic ideology. As a Republican if you don't like it, submit a candidate worthy of the presidential office & responsibilities, along with the title,"Commander & Chief, Leader of the free world." You haven't done that for the past 4 elections! 2 under Bush, which is why Obama was elected in the first place &, 2 in which Obama proved to be the better choice, defeating McCain & Romney in dominate fashion! In short, you're a Republican, his agenda isn't supposeto match yours! He's still your president as well as mines &, just because you say it isn't true, doesn't mean it isn't! That thought is what makes you not American. It's America the great as long as your representative holds office! When you disagree with who that representative is, you all start making up conspiracy theories & praying on the demise of Americas democratically elected leader. It amazes me how you defend Bush when the GOP officials even know he was a disgrace to America. So much so, they didn't even invite him to the GOP convention! Hire real is that?

An 18-year-old girl was arrested for statutory rape over a same-sex relationship in Florida because of bigoted parents, according to the mother of the arrested teen.

Kaitlyn Ashley Hunt was arrested February 16 by the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of lewd or lascivious battery on child.

Her mother, Kelley Hunt Smith, explained on Facebook that Kaitlyn began a “mutual consenting” relationship with a girl at Sebastian River High School who was about three years younger. The parents of the younger girl were upset by the situation and contacted police, she wrote.

“They were out to destroy my daughter, they feel like my daughter ‘made’ their daughter gay,” Kaitlyn mother’s said.“They are bigoted, religious zeolites [sic] that see being gay as a sin and wrong, and they blame my daughter
“Those parents have forced the State Attorneys office to go thru [sic] with felony charges and are trying to ruin my daughters life,” Kaitlyn mother’s continued.“This is insane. This should have never been a legal matter, it is a family matter. They are trying to send an innocent young girl to prison because they are full of hate and bigotry. These girls are teenagers in high school, who had ONE mutual consenting sexual experience. My daughter isn’t a criminal, she isn’t a predator.”

Kaitlyn has until Friday to accept or reject a plea deal of two years house arrest and one year probation, according to her mother.

That was a terrible thing that happened to that girl; I agree that they should have attempted to target the criminal; can't they shoot in the leg? Also, in Boston, all that firepower, bullets went into peoples homes and cars, innocent people could have been shot and killed, amazing that there weren't casualties.
News stories on these cases always seem to express more concern for the emotional health of the cop than for the family of the victim.

In Boston, the second Muslim terrorist in the boat was unarmed.

Cops don't rank very high on IQ scales, even in command positions.

Mostly high school bullies with a badge.

Where was Obama when Benghazi was happening?

Now the WH thinks it is offensive to ask about Obama's actions on 9/11/12. Pfeiffer stated so on a Sunday morning show that it was offensive to ask what the POTUS was doing during a crisis.

A few credibility problems with the WH .

The original claim was Obama spoke to none of his department heads during the crisis. Carney hadn't at this time pulled out "I read it in the paper" defense. This was to allow Obama denial plausibility.

However, when pressed by CNS asking Carney why Obama did not call at least Clinton, Carney reluctantly told CNS he had called Hilary.

Now they want to stick their heads in the sand.

Meet Monsanto’s prime lobbyist, Barack Obama:
After his victory in the 2008 election, Obama filled key posts with Monsanto people, in federal agencies that wield tremendous force in food issues, the USDA and the FDA:
At the USDA, as the director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, Roger Beachy, former director of the Monsanto Danforth Center.
As deputy commissioner of the FDA, the new food-safety-issues czar, the infamous Michael Taylor, former vice-president for public policy for Monsanto. Taylor had been instrumental in getting approval for Monsanto’s genetically engineered bovine growth hormone.
As commissioner of the USDA, Iowa governor, Tom Vilsack. Vilsack had set up a national group, the Governors’ Biotechnology Partnership, and had been given a Governor of the Year Award by the Biotechnology Industry Organization, whose members include Monsanto.
As the new Agriculture Trade Representative, who would push GMOs for export, Islam Siddiqui, a former Monsanto lobbyist.
As the new counsel for the USDA, Ramona Romero, who had been corporate counsel for another biotech giant, DuPont.
As the new head of the USAID, Rajiv Shah, who had previously worked in key positions for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, a major funder of GMO agriculture research.
We should also remember that Obama’s secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, once worked for the Rose law firm. That firm was counsel to Monsanto.
Obama nominated Elena Kagan to the US Supreme Court. Kagan, as federal solicitor general, had previously argued for Monsanto in the Monsanto v. Geertson seed case before the Supreme Court.
The deck was stacked. Obama hadn’t simply made honest mistakes. Obama hadn’t just failed to exercise proper oversight in selecting appointees. He was staking out territory on behalf of Monsanto and other GMO corporate giants.
Monsanto's High Level Connections to the Bush Administration

The connections between Monsanto and the new Bush administration are also very solid. G.W.’s pop, Bush Sr. appointed Clarence Thomas, a Monsanto attorney, to the Supreme Court. Thomas played a key role in the selection of G.W. as president. John Ashcroft, the current attorney general, was the top recipient of Monsanto contributions when he recently tried to get reelected to the U.S. Senate. Donald Rumsfeld, the current secretary of defense, was president of Searle Pharmaceuticals, now owned by Monsanto. Tommy Thompson, now the secretary of Health and Human Services, helped the biotech industry by getting the state of Wisconsin to set up a $37 million biotech zone there. He received $50,000 from the biotech industry for his reelection campaign. The current secretary of Agriculture, Ann Veneman, was on the board of directors of Calgene Pharmaceuticals, an affiliate of Monsanto. Recently, Linda J. Fisher, a former Monsanto official, was nominated by Bush to be second-in-command at the EPA. She was Monsanto’s representative in Washington from 1995 to 2000 and coordinated the company’s strategy to blunt resistance to genetically modified food". Other high level government connections include Stansfield Turner, former Director of the CIA and member of the Monsanto Board and Earle H. Harbison former president of Monsanto and CIA officer for 19 years.
