War Criminals in the Syrian Opposition?
....just two weeks ago, the White House informed Congress:
“Our intelligence community does assess, with varying degrees of confidence, that the Syrian regime has used chemical weapons on a small scale in Syria, specifically, the chemical agent sarin.”
A clamor then arose demanding Obama make good on his threat that the Syrian regime’s use of poison gas would cross a “red line” and be a “game changer,” calling forth “enormous consequences.”
If the Syrian military did not use sarin, but the rebels did, who in the U.S. intelligence community blew this one? From whom did U.S. agencies get their evidence that sarin had been used by Damascus? Were we almost suckered by someone’s latest lies about weapons of mass destruction into fighting yet another unnecessary war?
When allegations of the Syrian government’s use of sarin arose, many in Congress, especially in the Republican Party, denounced Obama for fecklessness in backing off of his “red line” threat.
It now appears that Obama may have saved us from a strategic disaster by not plunging ahead with military action. And the question should be put to the war hawks:
If Assad’s use of sarin should call forth U.S. air strikes, ought not the use of sarin by the rebels, if confirmed, cause this country to wash its hands of those war criminals?

So, there was this video.
This video caused rioting in numerous Middle Eastern cities & in other Muslim communities.
But Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooo. Not in Benghazi.
It was just impossible!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't have been a factor at all so lets just ignore it and not consider it.
In the days following the Benghazi attack, that video was cited as a possible cause. There was not enough information to eliminate it.
So off goes Carol, Romney, McCain having a GD fit because this possibility was stated. OMG OMG the word "terror" wasn't used enough or fast enough. OMG OMG OMG.
You people are dumber than sh*t. WTF difference would it make if Obama ran screaming though the streets screaming "Terrorist Attack" or if we proceed with caution to actually find out for sure?
Republicans are using the death of a US ambassador for political gain. First to attack Obama & Now to try to eliminate their number one opponent in 2016, Hilary Clinton
And you are dumb enough to believe it.
Lets take this State Department worker who was in Tripoli use his extensive military experience to critique the military response. Oh wait, Hicks has not the military experience & knowledge.
Benghazi will end up being just anther example of Republicans putting their party ahead of country.

The only goal of the republicans is to obstruct. All one needs to do is look at Speaker Boehners record and approval rating, and, that of congress.
Then, look at the record of Speaker Pelosi and the approval rating of congress when she was Speaker.
I doubt the republicans will win the presidency for many years to come; but, their goal is to maintain control of congress and obstruct, obstruct, obstruct. This is incredible that these paid officials are getting paid to do nothing. They'd have been fired in a day in the private sector. There are over 80 federal judgeships not filled, why? Take a guess.

Krauthammer Whitewashes Bush's History To Bash Obama Over Embassy Attack
On Fox News, Charles Krauthammer suggested that "under other presidents, particularly Bush," there was "no storming of the U.S. embassy in Cairo." In fact, there were seven attacks on U.S. embassies and consulates during the Bush years, and numerous other such attacks have happened under recent presidents.

LOL, you've got how many prisoners in Gitmo? What did that solve?
They haven't even been charged, they have to be let go.
Are you saying that you and the rightwingers are opposed to the use of drones?
Would Mitt Romney have dismantled the drone program? for what? more invasions of ground troops resulting in more American casualties?
President Obama is the President; he's not a dictator. The surviving brother is a U.S. citizen, committed a crime in the U.S. and has been arrested and will never be out of prison.
Are you saying that you would like the President to be a supreme dictator and decide who is subjected to the justice system?
You rightwingers just spew more and more nonsense everyday.
#898252 May 7, 2013
How much does he get paid to spew nonsense ?
#898253 May 7, 2013
The rightwing war mongers disagree with you; they're pushing for involvement.

Many Congressional democrats are distancing themselves from the Obama administration’s explanation of the Benghazi, amid mounting evidence that suggests the information was revised by the obama administration to intentionally mislead Americans lily..
The lame stream media will sooner or later along with other democrats, eventually throw obama under the bus to save Hillary from Benghazi and get her elected.

They are running from Obamacare too
#898261 May 7, 2013
doesn't change the facts.
If diplomatic attacks are a sign of weakness, Bush was the weakest of all
we all know that FOX started the lies being told about Benghazi and how no one has paid attention to the lies because they came from FOX, so attacks of those who expose those lies is to be expected.

What Benghazi Tells Us About the GOP Brand
The GOP is now in the position that Carter’s party was in, and in contrast Obama has acquired something like Reagan’s “Teflon” coating—as the Benghazi episode illustrates. Benghazi was a national humiliation, caught the administration in a tangle of its own words, and should have raised serious questions about why we were in Libya in the first place. Americans, including an ambassador, had died, and Obama’s signature foreign-policy intervention was the strategic backdrop. It happened shortly before an election, yet Obama took no damage from it. Instead, Republicans who insisted that this was a great scandal came off looking like unpatriotic kooks to non-Republicans. Why?
It’s a simple matter of trust: the nation now trusts Democrats more than Republicans on foreign policy, and Iraq is largely the reason for that. This gives Obama and his party a margin for error: his Benghazi screw-up is seen as an aberration, much as Reagan’s Lebanon humiliation was. It doesn’t fit the brand’s reputation for leadership, and that reputation is stronger in the public mind than the impression made by an incident even as gruesome as the Beirut barracks attack or the murder of an ambassador.
Coca-Cola knows how this works. If a customer gets one flat bottle of pop, he won’t flee from Coke to Pepsi or RC. He may be unhappy with this particular experience, but the brand is strong enough that it shapes a storyline even for the dissatisfied customer: this was a one-off mistake; you trust the brand, and that counts for more than what you see with your eyes or taste with your tongue. Trust trumps experience, up to a point.
The point beyond which trust doesn’t trump experience? A failed war, for one thing.

Both Liberals or Neo-Nazis opposed the invasion of Iraq. Basically the Neo-Nazi liberals support any Arab country, Syria, Iran because they all oppose Israel and support exterminating the Jews... Yes Hitler was a liberal...
