Barack Obama, our next President

Geothermal heating is a piece of cake. Just drill a hole to the temperature you desire, and circulate water through it and throughout the building.
Geothermal cooling is very difficult. Why? Because the heat you transfer from a building to the ground has to be transported away from the location of the building, or it just rises back into the building.
Any questions?
How about this one:
How is the heat transported away from the location of the building after it has been transferred from the building to the Earth immediately below the building?

You claim to be a geologist.

What a joke.

This is not geothermal HVAC as considered in the marketplace.

give me some hard data on why we shouldn't have it.

<quoted text>Bullshit! Those entitlement programs are in jeopardy because the rich raped the current tax system & found ways to escape from paying into the programs. The rich don't pay into medicare, medicaid, & SS. Thats where the problem lies. This country is in debt because the rich continue to take alot & give very littler back in terms of taxes. You don't need a palm reader to see that!
See? Liberals see and use the tax system to punish capitalism. To punish the rich cause they hate success and want more and more free stuff.

Hey, goofball, what about stopping the free Medicaid to drug dealers?

What about stopping welfare to lazy ghetto parasites like you? That will save trillions of dollars!

Obama's minimum wage proposal will hurt black Americans

What will a minimum wage increase do to black Americans? Olalah Njenga joins Jim Blasingame to discuss some of Obama's State of the Union proposals, including the minimum wage increase, which will hurt black workers disproportionately.

How amusing to watch Democrats wring their hands over what they can do to get businesses to create jobs, when one of the biggest job killers is the minimum wage they keep hiking.

Recall that it was Democrats who raised the federal wage floor a whopping $2.10 an hour in the middle of the recession. The record 41% increase has led to record unemployment among young people, especially black teens.

Even then West Virginia should have been Virginia, the mere fact that they created a new state called West Virginia violates the Constitution.
Bottom line West Virginia was created illegally and should never been allowed per Arcticle 4 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution.
End of story.
"In absentia" while rebelling against the federal republic....

Do you listen to yourself?

When any legislator joined the functioning elements of the government established outside of the constitutional government, that legislator cannot be part of any legislative government within the federal republic.
The Constitution prohibits states from joining other countries, dufus.

... "in absentia"....

"Hey! I'm gonna rebel and start a new country from part of your country. While I'm fighting a goddam war with you, I'll be in absentia. Please hold my seat while I kill you."

... get real.

You still haven't shown us how the loyal legislators of Virginia violated Article IV Section 4:
"Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

How did the loyal legislators of Virginia violate the above clause?
How was Virginia not a "Republican Form of Government"?

How about common sense, and experience.

I pay the people in accordance with what they are worth.
I compete with other companies to keep the people I DEEM to be worth keeping.
Those who perform the best, I pay more. Those who don't perform, I pay less... and get rid of when I don't need the services of someone who is still only worth minimum wage after being in the workforce for several years.

You dodge the issue.
I asked why an employer should pay more for aan employee that isn't what he's paying it now?

Why?

Because Libtards would use the media to accuse Bush of racists if he attempted to be fiscally responsible with Fannie and Fredie!

Because orders came from the White House for the US Armed Forces (part of the Department of Defense) prepositioned specifically to respond to an attack specifically on our embassy (part of the Department of State) in specifically Libya to ignore their default orders while the White House watched Al Qaeda kill Americans on the real-tiem video feed.

Then, Obama lies for two weeks covering up an Al Qaeda attack on the United States.

You bet I want to know what the f**k was happening in the goddam White House when they gave orders to the US Armed Froces to let Al Qaeda kill Americans while they watched it happen.

the founding fathers seen it that way too and rejected Capitalism but favored Socialism and Clause 3 the commerce clause grants the Federal government to regulate and that was the Standard at the time too it wasnt called Socialism either until Karl Marxs called it Socialism where there is moderate government involvement in economical matters(taxes).

Article 1 Section 8 Clause 1, The very first power given to Congress by the Constitution is the power to tax. Money is power, and in the governmental structure created by the Constitution, Congressnot the presidentcontrols the money.

Article 1, Section 8

Clause 1. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

The very first power given to Congress by the Constitution is the power to tax. Money is power, and in the governmental structure created by the Constitution, Congressnot the presidentcontrols the money. Congress also has the power to levy tariffs (taxes on imported goods) but it's not allowed to charge more for imports into one state than into another. The Framers of the Constitution probably put the tax power first on the list of Congress's enumerated powers because they were acutely aware that one of the biggest problems of the old Articles of Confederation was that its version of Congress did not have the power to tax, and thus didn't have the power to do much of anything at all.

Clause 3. To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

Congress has the power to impose regulations on interstate and international business. This "interstate commerce clause" has been quite controversial in the history of constitutional law; for a long time, judges tended to read the clause narrowly, overturning federal laws they deemed focused mainly on regulating economic activity within states rather than between them. Since the 1930s, however, judges have tended to read the clause broadly, allowing the government to regulate all kinds of economic activityby setting a national minimum wage, for example
