Your hero, president nobama won, why do you not herald all his great accomplishments? Could it be because he has none? I hear nothing from you about,
- The ongoing high unemployment rate
- The fact that fewer and fewer American's pay any Federal Income tax
- Millions more American's on food stamps
- A passed health care bill that over 60% of American's dislike
- 6 trillion in additional debt
- Upcomming tax increases that will affect millions of Americans
- Looming inflation, particularly in food products

Netanyahu is leading Israel into an abyss

Netanyahu keeps behaving in a way that profoundly contradicts the values of the club of the Free World, of which he wants to be a valued member: His disregard for international law and individual human rights of Palestinians simply doesn’t square with the standards of the Free World.

Europe’s reaction to Netanyahu’s decision to build in area E-1 has been swift, but ended up being lighter than originally expected. France and Britain considered recalling their ambassadors from Israel, but haven’t done so at this point. Israel’s ambassadors in Europe were summoned by various governments to hear that Europe is no longer willing to put up with Israel's expansion of the occupation.

actual day one.....

The Conspiracy to Commit Legislative Constipation

During a lengthy discussion, the senior GOP members worked out a plan to repeatedly block Obama over the coming four years to try to ensure he would not be re-elected.

In his book, Draper opens with the heady atmosphere in Washington on the days running up to the inauguration and the day itself, which attracted 1.8 million to the mall to witness Obama being sworn in as America's first black president.

Those numbers contributed to a growing sense of unease among Republicans as much the defeat in the White House race the previous November. The 15 Republicans were in a sombre mood as they gathered at the Caucus Room in Washington, an upscale restaurant where a New York strip steak costs $51.

Attending the dinner were House members Eric Cantor, Jeb Hensarling, Pete Hoekstra, Dan Lungren, Kevin McCarthy, Paul Ryan and Pete Sessions. From the Senate were Tom Coburn, Bob Corker, Jim DeMint, John Ensign and Jon Kyl. Others present were former House Speaker and future – and failed – presidential candidate Newt Gingrich and the Republican strategist Frank Luntz, who organised the dinner and sent out the invitations.

The dinner table was set in a square at Luntz's request so everyone could see one another and talk freely. The session lasted four hours and by the end the sombre mood had lifted: they had conceived a plan. They would take back the House in November 2010, which they did, and use it as a spear to mortally wound Obama in 2011 and take back the Senate and White House in 2012, Draper writes.

"If you act like you're the minority, you're going to stay in the minority," said Keven McCarthy, quoted by Draper. "We've gotta challenge them on every single bill and challenge them on every single campaign."

The Republicans have done that, bringing Washington to a near standstill several times during Obama's first term over debt and other issues.

I am not, and have not commented on the tax tables. The question was and is why are you better than anyone else when it comes to the percent you pay on your income. I know you feel you are special and deserve to pay a lower percentage. You are all for letting other American's pay for the largesse you receive. You are a sorry piece of crap.

No one pays more or less.

Everyone pays the same rate on their taxable income as follows:

up to $17,700 - 10%
17,700 to 70,700 - 15%
So on & so on.

Everyone pays the same.

You are a f*cking idiot.

But hey, crawl back in your hole & start lying about my income. Its all a pathetic loser like you has.

A raid on an Indian sweatshop freed 14 children -- some as young as 8 years old -- who had been kept in slave-like conditions making Christmas decorations allegedly bound for the West, Yahoo! reports.

The children were kept in tiny rooms, working 19 hours a day to create the festive trinkets, according to the outlet.

Last week's raid was led by human rights group Global March for Children, which according to its website is a long-time partner of the International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC), as well as UNICEF.

Regardless of whether taxes are raised on the wealthy; it won't affect the real scoundrels who avoid paying income tax; it will affect the people working for a salary who have no choice but to pay.
The wealthy will not ever allow a flat tax. You're focusing on the wrong end of the issue, as usual. It's easier to treat the poor with scorn; however, consider that a person making minimum wage of $8.00 more or less, paying 15% of that is ludicrous when they can barely support themselves without working a few more jobs on top of that.
Example: Boeing has not paid any corporate income taxes in 10 years, they have even filed negative returns even though they are profitable. Try to turn your attention on the big players.

Because it's funny; that's why. Just picture stiff Mitt going to Paquaios dressing room and saying "Manny, I ran for President and lost" why did he do that? Talk about a buzzkill.

Mayor Cory Booker (D) said Sunday morning that he is weighing runs for both the New Jersey Governorship in 2013 and U.S. Senate seat in 2014. Speaking to Bob Schieffer on CBS’ Face the Nation, Booker said he’d decide “in the next two weeks” if he was running for Governor. Booker is “the biggest player” in New Jersey Democratic politics, as he is “the only Democrat in the state who can match Christie’s star power and fundraising prowess.”

First of all you're comparing a category 1 hurricane hitting New Jersey to a category 5 hitting New Orleans that is below sea level.

The state government knew the levees were not capable of withstanding a hurricane 5 for years but shifted funds to reinforce them elsewhere.

And 95% of the tragedy of Katrina is due to the incompetence of preparations by Ray Nagin and Kathleen Blanco.

But please tell me what Obama did that Bush didn't that made any difference whatsoever.

Florida is joining other states in opting out of certain provisions of Obamacare after the Supreme Court ruling.

Florida will opt out of spending approximately $1.9 billion more taxpayer dollars required to implement a massive entitlement expansion of the Medicaid program

Medicaid costs will grow even faster under ObamaCare and education funding will be affected adversely if Medicaid spending isn't controlled.

Florida will also opt out insurance “exchanges” that will result in higher insurance premium costs – more money out of the pockets of Florida’s families and businesses.

The Congressional Budget Office has said insurance premiums on state exchanges will increase another 10-13% under the rules of Obamacare. In states already operating insurance exchanges under similar rules, health care premiums are substantially more expensive.
